Mobile Toilet Storage Methods

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

There are various storage methods for mobile toilet stools, and you can choose the appropriate one according to the spatial layout and personal needs. Here are some practical storage methods:

  1. Extend the sink countertop: If space permits, appropriately extend the sink countertop above the toilet to increase the available countertop space. Here, you can place commonly used toiletries such as shampoo and body wash bottles. Note that it is best to leave a gap of more than 5cm between the countertop and the top of the toilet to avoid affecting use and cleaning.
  2. Extend the mirror cabinet: Extend the mirror cabinet above the toilet. You can choose an open or closed design. An open mirror cabinet makes it easy to access items, while a closed one provides better dust protection. Extending both the sink countertop and the mirror cabinet not only increases storage space but also expands the mirror's usable area, making the space appear more spacious visually.
  3. Utilize the side of the sink: When the sink is next to the toilet, you can leave some open space on the side of the sink. Here, you can place toilet paper for easy access during toilet use or temporarily place small items like a mobile phone. It is recommended to mainly use small open areas and not to leave empty spaces inside for placing waste bins or toilet brushes, so as not to affect hygiene and aesthetics.
  4. Build a half-wall: Build a half-wall behind the toilet and pair it with a wall-mounted toilet. You can place items such as toilet paper, air fresheners, or various bottles on top of the half-wall, achieving dry-wet separation without taking up too much space. You can also leave some open space in the middle of the half-wall and add a mirror cabinet on it. If the budget allows, you can also install a light strip under the mirror cabinet to increase the sense of layering and lighting in the space.
  5. Use storage shelves or partitions: Use storage shelves in the sink area or toilet area. If they are side by side, you can extend them in a straight line to create multiple layers, which is more aesthetically pleasing. Partitions can be wall-mounted on the wall, fixed with angle irons, with the bottom suspended. You can set up multiple rows, which have sufficient load-bearing capacity and can hold all commonly used items.
  6. Build niches or install hanging cabinets: Build a row of niches on the side of the toilet, with a total of three layers up and down, for classified storage of items such as toilet paper and towels. You can also build a row horizontally, which is 20 - 30 cm higher than the toilet, highlighting the sense of spatial layering and making it easy to reach while sitting on the toilet. Or install a hanging cabinet behind the toilet, suspended above the ground to avoid moisture damage, with an embedded design to avoid bumping your head. It can store items such as towels and toilet paper. If you want ventilation, you can replace the cabinet doors with louvered ones.
