How to Store Mobile Toilets
Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026
The storage of mobile toilets should follow the principle of 'handle with care, store in a standardized manner, and protect against moisture and damage'. The process is divided into two main stages: transportation and storage, with the following key operational points:

Transportation Stage
- Equipment Selection and Operation: Choose appropriate handling equipment based on the self-weight and dimensions of the mobile toilet, such as forklifts or cranes. Before transportation, confirm that the equipment's load-bearing capacity matches the toilet's weight to avoid overloading. During lifting, operate smoothly and move slowly, prohibiting violent shaking or impact to prevent frame deformation, wall cracking, or sanitary fixture detachment.
- Component Fixation: Before transportation, secure all movable components inside the toilet, such as water tanks, toilets, and handrails, using ropes or specialized fixing devices to prevent loosening, dropping, or damage during transit due to bumps.
- Route Planning: Clear obstacles along the transportation route in advance to ensure a flat surface, avoiding tilting or collision of the mobile toilet due to uneven ground. If passing through narrow passages, measure dimensions and adjust the transportation angle to prevent wall scratches.
Storage Stage
- Site Selection: The storage site should be flat, dry, and well-ventilated, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, damp and dark places, or environments with corrosive substances to prevent metal frame rusting and wall mildew. For long-term storage, it is recommended to elevate the bottom by 10-15 cm to prevent ground moisture penetration.
- Structural Stability: After placing the mobile toilet, adjust it to a level state and use a level gauge to check and adjust the support feet to prevent structural deformation due to long-term tilting. For flush toilets, drain the water from the tank and sewage pipes, especially in winter, thoroughly drain and blow-dry the pipes to prevent damage from freezing and expansion.
- Protective Treatment: For long-term storage, perform dust, moisture, and rust protection on the mobile toilet. Cover it with a dust cover or specialized protective cover and regularly clean surface dust; apply anti-rust oil to metal components and lubricating grease to connections; check the aging of sealing strips and promptly replace damaged parts.
- Safety Measures: The storage site should be kept away from fire sources and flammable and explosive materials, equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment; prohibit stacking heavy objects on top of or around the mobile toilet to prevent damage to the roof or walls; regularly inspect the storage status, record component wear, and promptly repair or replace damaged parts.
