Mobile Toilet Standard
The standards for mobile toilets cover various aspects such as sewage treatment methods, water usage, materials, configurations, and others, as detailed below:

Standards for Sewage Treatment Methods: Mobile toilets can be classified into multiple types based on their sewage treatment methods, including non-flushing packaged type, ordinary flushing type, water-saving flushing type, high-pressure soda flushing type, foam sealing type, microbial degradation type, vacuum self-priming flushing type (used in high-speed trains), and more. Each type has its unique characteristics and is suitable for different environments and needs. For example, the non-flushing packaged type is suitable for areas with water scarcity or where sewage systems are inaccessible, while the vacuum self-priming flushing type is widely used in high-speed trains and other transportation vehicles due to its efficient water-saving features.
Water Usage Standards: Mobile environmental toilets have strict standards for water usage. By automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents, they can achieve a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person. Additionally, with the use of intelligent control systems, insulation systems, and upper and lower water tanks, along with water-saving agents, they can further achieve a low water consumption flushing effect ranging from 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person, significantly conserving water resources.
Material Standards: The frames of mobile toilets are typically welded using national standard steel, with surfaces covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color steel plates or carved panels, ensuring a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall materials can be selected based on customer requirements or the surrounding environment, including color steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, aluminum-plastic panels, etc. The main structure is welded using national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall lifting and ensuring the stability and durability of the mobile toilet.
Configuration Standards: The standard configurations of mobile toilets include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, paper baskets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators. Additionally, facilities such as air conditioners (both heating and cooling), air purifiers, anti-freeze systems, heating systems, background music, washbasins, and water-saving faucets can be selected based on customer needs, enhancing the comfort and convenience of the mobile toilet.
Other Standards: Mobile toilets are equipped with independent toilet pit partition treatment systems internally. The urine channels utilize gravity flow, while the feces channels are cleaned using piston-type scraper mechanical devices. They are also equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard and ensuring the hygiene and safety of the mobile toilet.
