Mobile Toilet Stall Installation Process

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilet stalls can be divided into three stages: pre-installation preparation, on-site installation implementation, and post-installation inspection and delivery. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey and Planning: Confirm the installation location with the client in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacles. When measuring the site dimensions, ensure that the width of the toilet access passage is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operational space to avoid obstructions during subsequent installation.
  2. Material Inventory and Inspection: Upon arrival, verify the quantity, model, and accessories (such as sinks, flushing devices, sewage pipes, etc.) of the mobile toilets. Focus on inspecting the equipment for any external damage and ensuring the internal facilities are intact to avoid rework due to material issues.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation: Equip with basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, and arrange for 2-3 professional installers. If the toilet unit is heavy or the installation environment is complex, coordinate with lifting equipment such as cranes to assist with handling, ensuring safety and efficiency.

II. On-site Installation Implementation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing Operations: After hoisting the toilet unit to the designated location, use a spirit level to adjust the equipment's stability, with a deviation controlled within 3mm. Secure the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights, especially in areas with strong winds, to prevent tipping.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow. When connecting the water supply, it is recommended to use a water pipe ≥DN20 and test the flushing function and drainage sealability to ensure no leaks.
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning: After installing accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons to ensure smooth operation. Finally, clean and disinfect the interior and place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.

III. Post-installation Inspection and Delivery

  1. Functional Test Checklist: Conduct a flushing test (press the flush button three times consecutively to confirm unobstructed drainage) and a load-bearing test (evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability) to ensure the equipment meets usage standards.
  2. Delivery Document Confirmation: Provide the client with an 'Equipment Installation Inspection Form', clearly indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions, and have both parties sign to safeguard subsequent service rights.
