Mobile Toilet Squat Toilet Configuration
The configuration of mobile toilet squat toilets typically includes six core modules: toilet type, flushing system, supporting facilities, environmental control, water supply and drainage system, and power system. Details of the specific configurations are as follows:

1. Toilet Type
Ceramic is the mainstream material for mobile toilet squat toilets. It has a smooth surface, is easy to clean, and highly durable, meeting the needs of high-frequency usage scenarios. Some high-end products use stainless steel toilets, which enhance service life through corrosion and wear resistance while simplifying the cleaning process. Additionally, some designs offer both squat and sit toilet options to accommodate different user preferences.
2. Flushing System
Flush valves come in two types: foot-operated and sensor-operated. The foot-operated type controls water flow through a mechanical structure, suitable for scenarios without power supply. The sensor-operated type relies on infrared or microwave sensors to achieve touchless flushing, improving hygiene levels. The water tank capacity is usually 5-10 liters, ensuring effective single flushing while avoiding water waste. Some eco-friendly products adopt water-saving designs by optimizing water flow paths to reduce water consumption.
3. Supporting Facilities
Based on the principles of hygiene, convenience, and durability, mobile toilets are typically equipped with basic facilities such as sinks, faucets, water storage tanks, mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves (boards), toilet paper holders, and trash bins. High-specification products may include child safety seats or child toilet seats to meet family needs. Some scenarios may also be equipped with additional facilities such as hand dryers and disinfectant dispensers to enhance hygiene protection.
4. Environmental Control
Odor control relies on powerful exhaust fans with a power range of 20-50 watts, which can quickly replace air and maintain a negative pressure environment. Lighting uses LED energy-saving lamps with a power of 5-15 watts, balancing brightness and energy consumption. Climate adaptability designs include adding insulation materials, electric heaters, or small warm air blowers in cold regions; and adding ventilation skylights or small air conditioners in hot regions to ensure suitable internal temperature and humidity.
5. Water Supply and Drainage System
The water supply system has two modes: the self-contained water tank type has a clean water tank capacity of 100-300 liters, suitable for scenarios without external water sources; the external water source type directly connects to municipal water supply, suitable for fixed installation scenarios. The traditional sewage system uses a sewage tank (capacity 200-500 liters) at the bottom, requiring regular cleaning; modern eco-friendly products adopt foam sealing technology (reducing odors by covering excreta with foaming liquid) or microbial degradation technology (using bacterial colonies to decompose organic matter), reducing cleaning frequency and pollution risks.
6. Power System
Power supply options include 220V mains power connection, built-in batteries (such as 12V/100Ah), and solar panel combinations. Mains power is suitable for fixed locations; batteries support short-term off-grid use; solar panels provide continuous power through light energy conversion, suitable for outdoor or remote areas. Power is mainly used to drive exhaust fans, lighting, and sensor devices. Some products are equipped with power monitoring systems to optimize energy consumption management.
