Mobile Toilet Square Tube Base

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The installation of the square tube base for mobile toilets mainly falls into two types: ordinary base installation and shock-absorbing base installation. The specific steps are as follows:

Ordinary Base Installation

Ordinary base installation is relatively simple and is mainly suitable for scenarios where the stability requirements are not particularly high. First, two small square tubes of the same specifications need to be prepared as the basic frame materials for the base. Next, use a marking pen to accurately draw the central axis at the middle position of each square tube. This step is for the accuracy of subsequent cutting and splicing. Then, draw symmetrical triangular cutting lines on the square tubes. The shape and size of the triangles can be determined according to actual needs and designs. After drawing the cutting lines, use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines. During the cutting process, pay attention to keeping the cuts flat and avoiding burrs or unevenness. After cutting, splice the cut materials together, ensuring that the positions of each component are accurate during splicing. Finally, use a welding machine to spot-weld the spliced parts for fixation. The purpose of spot welding is to initially fix each component and prevent displacement during subsequent operations. After spot welding, carefully polish the spliced parts to make them flat and smooth, and the installation of the ordinary base is basically completed.

Shock-Absorbing Base Installation

Shock-absorbing base installation is a crucial step to ensure the stable operation of mobile toilets during municipal activities or construction projects. Before installation, check in advance whether the equipment and accessories are intact and undamaged, which is a prerequisite for ensuring installation quality and subsequent use safety. At the same time, level the installation ground to ensure there are no obvious bumps or depressions. Then, use a spirit level to confirm the levelness of the installation area. Only when the ground is level can the stability of the mobile toilet after installation be guaranteed. Next, place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the ground and adjust the height of the bracket according to the actual situation to ensure that the entire equipment is in a level state. Select expansion bolts of appropriate lengths according to the ground material and fix the bracket to the ground. The expansion bolts should be tightened to ensure that the bracket is firm and not loose. When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure that they are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground to fully exert the shock-absorbing effect. After installation, recheck the overall levelness, check whether each connection is firm, and conduct a shaking test to observe whether the mobile toilet has obvious shaking or displacement to ensure that the installation quality meets the requirements.
