Mobile Toilet Specialized Cleaning
Specialized cleaning of mobile toilets requires adherence to a full-chain standardized operation, covering pre-treatment, core cleaning, deep disinfection, equipment maintenance, and standardized waste disposal. The specific process is as follows:

Pre-Work Preparation
Operators must wear full protective gear, including a waterproof apron, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. Core tools include a high-power vacuum sewage truck (equipped with corrosion-resistant hoses and quick connectors), a high-pressure washer (pressure 120-180 bar), a long-handled hard brush, non-ionic surfactant cleaner, specialized disinfectant (recommended chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based, with an effective chlorine concentration of 500-1000 mg/L), and independently sealed waste collection bags.
Cleaning Process
Emptying Waste
- Check the toilet's liquid level indicator and sewage valve connection status to ensure no leaks on the ground.
- Connect the sewage suction hose tightly to the sewage outlet, start the vacuum pump, and slowly extract liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, controlling the negative pressure humidity to avoid blockages or splashes.
- After suction, inject a small amount of clean water and suction again to rinse residual matter from the tank walls.
High-Pressure Washing
- Use a high-pressure washer to spray the toilet interior walls, fixtures, floor, and dead corners with a fan-shaped water jet, focusing on removing excreta, tissue residues, and calcified dirt.
- For stubborn stains, use a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to scrub repeatedly, ensuring no organic matter remains on the surface.
Deep Disinfection
- After physical cleaning, uniformly cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles, flush buttons, handrails) with disinfectant using spraying or wiping methods, maintaining disinfectant contact time for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water and perform the same intensity of cleaning and disinfection on the sewage suction hoses, connectors, and tools.
Air Treatment
- Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize odor gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.
Equipment Maintenance and Waste Disposal
Equipment Maintenance
- During cleaning, inspect components such as the toilet seal ring, exhaust fan, door lock hinges, and solar power system for damage, recording and reporting any issues promptly.
- After cleaning, leave a small amount of clean water in the storage tank and add a high-efficiency biodegradable agent to decompose residual organic matter and suppress odors.
Waste Disposal
- The extracted waste and cleaning wastewater must be uniformly transported to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks for proper disposal. It is strictly prohibited to dump into storm drains or non-designed sewer networks.
- After work, fill out a record form including cleaning time, disinfectant usage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction.
Strict adherence to the above process ensures thorough cleaning and effective disinfection of mobile toilets while safeguarding operational safety and environmental compliance.
