Mobile Toilet Solar Installation
Admin 10 de octubre de 2026
The installation of solar energy in mobile toilets mainly involves aspects such as solar power supply systems, energy conversion and storage, water circulation systems, intelligent control modules, modular design and installation, and material selection.

- Solar Power Supply System: Photovoltaic panels are installed on the top of mobile toilets to convert sunlight into electrical energy, which is then stored in batteries. Even in rainy or cloudy weather, the stored electricity can sustain normal operation for several days. The converted electrical energy can be used for lighting systems, ventilation equipment, and sewage treatment devices, among others. For example, some solar-powered public toilets have 7KW solar photovoltaic power generation equipment installed on their roofs, generating 6.5 kWh of electricity per hour, 45 kWh per day, and storing 30 kWh of electricity, which can meet the daily operation of internal air conditioners, dryers, lighting, and other equipment.
- Energy Conversion and Storage: Photovoltaic panels absorb solar radiation to generate direct current (DC), which is stored in battery packs using lithium iron phosphate or gel batteries. The energy loss rate during charging and discharging of the energy storage module is relatively low. The system also includes an inverter unit that converts the stored DC into alternating current (AC) for use by equipment, ensuring a stable power supply.
- Water Circulation System: Some mobile toilets adopt ecological water circulation treatment technology, which combines physical and biological methods, such as multi-layer filtration and microbial decomposition, to make sewage meet reusable standards. The treated water is used for the next toilet flush, forming a small-scale recycling loop that significantly reduces water consumption. Under the same frequency of use, the water consumption is only one-third of that of traditional products.
- Intelligent Control Module: This manages the operational status of the entire system. Sensors monitor the frequency of toilet use, the water level in the water storage tank, and the remaining battery charge, automatically adjusting the power of lighting and ventilation equipment. When the toilet is not in use, the system enters a low-power mode. When odors are detected, the exhaust fan is automatically activated, optimizing energy consumption efficiency and ensuring that the system can continue to operate for several days in rainy weather.
- Modular Design and Installation: The box structure of mobile toilets adopts a modular design, which can be prefabricated in factories and then transported to designated locations. The foundation treatment only requires leveling the ground and installing stable supports, without the need to excavate pipelines or construct fixed power supply lines. This makes it suitable for rapid deployment in park green spaces, temporary event sites, or areas with weak infrastructure.
- Material Selection: The outer shell of the box is usually made of corrosion-resistant composite materials, and the internal facilities adopt antibacterial surfaces that are easy to clean, extending the service life of the equipment and reducing the use of chemical cleaning agents during maintenance. The inclination angle of the roof photovoltaic panels can be adjusted according to the latitude of the installation site to obtain reliable solar radiation reception.
