Production Process of Single Room for Mobile Toilets

Admin 03 de octubre de 2026

There are two main methods for producing single rooms for mobile toilets, as detailed below:

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel

  1. Basic Frame Construction: Split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Install universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to ensure mobility. Fix wooden strips and self-tapping screws to the upper side of the barrel to increase structural height. Cut out a doorway on the side and install sponge strips to form the door frame base.
  2. Wall and Roof Construction: Insert plastic soft panels as wall materials. Use the upper half of the water storage barrel as the roof, and apply waterproof paint to the surface to enhance aesthetics and extend service life.
  3. Drainage System Installation: Drill holes at the bottom to install drainage pipes, forming a floor drain structure. Drill holes on the side to connect interfaces, and attach a plastic bucket on top as a water storage device for collecting wastewater.
  4. Sanitary Fixture Integration: Use water pipes to make a simple bath heater. Install a toilet and water tank, connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket, extend the water pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink, and complete the basic functional configuration.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and Pallet

  1. Mobile Chassis Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a plastic pallet. Place a recycled water storage tank as the main structure to ensure stability.
  2. Tank Modification and Stacking: Use an angle grinder to cut an opening at the top of the water storage tank. Stack two tanks vertically and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space height.
  3. Sanitary Fixture Installation and Sealing: Cut out a rectangular doorway. Drill holes in the internal floor to install elbows and water pipes. Fix the toilet and apply sealant to prevent leakage.
  4. Water Supply System Integration: Fix water pipes with wall clips. Install faucets, pipe caps, and stainless steel sinks. Connect the toilet water tank and showerhead to form a complete water circulation system.
  5. Door Production and Finalization: Make a door using wooden boards and hinges. Install door handles. Check the firmness of connections between all components to complete the overall structural assembly.

Core Differences Between the Two Methods: The former achieves modular drainage through barrel splitting, focusing on space utilization efficiency; the latter integrates sanitary fixtures through tank stacking, emphasizing functional completeness. When producing, choose an appropriate plan based on material availability and usage scenario requirements, and ensure the sealing of all connection parts to prevent odor leakage.
