How to Install a Mobile Toilet Shower

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet shower can refer to the installation steps of a sliding door shower room, as detailed below:

  1. Positioning and Base Installation
First, determine the appropriate installation location for the entire shower room to ensure a reasonable spatial layout and ease of use. Adjust the base feet screws and use a level to confirm that the base is horizontal, preventing water accumulation or tilting issues during subsequent use. After connecting the drain pipe, conduct a water discharge test to check for any leaks. Once confirmed to be leak-free, use stainless steel screws to secure the back panel and shower screen to the back of the base, ensuring structural stability.

  2. Frame and Fixing Plate Installation
Accurately locate positions according to the design drawings and mark the frame fixing holes on the wall. Use an impact drill to drill holes and insert plastic anchors to enhance the fixing effect. When assembling the fixing plates on both sides, use stainless steel screws to tighten them, ensuring a tight connection between the frame and the wall. After determining the drilling positions for the aluminum profiles, mark them on the wall again and drill holes. Finally, use screws to fix the aluminum strips to the wall, providing support for subsequent glass installation.

  3. Front-Side Fixing and Sealing
Assemble the fixed glass for the front-side shower screen. Insert the sealing strip into the gaps between the glass and the frame on both sides to prevent water from leaking during showering. Use U-shaped fittings to initially fix the glass position. Use pliers and screwdrivers to tighten the nuts and screws at the connection points of the bottom frame, ensuring the glass is stable and does not wobble. After hanging the movable door and assembling the top cover, use kitchen and bathroom-specific mold-resistant glass glue to seal the edges, further enhancing sealing and waterproofing.

  4. Top Frame and Sliding Door Installation
Pre-treat the screws at the connection and fixing points on the top frame to ensure smooth对接 (docking, here it means connection) during installation. After drilling holes in the wall, installing plastic anchors, and preparing the connection points, use an electric screwdriver and screws to fix the top frame. After the main frame is installed, install the sliding door and handle: first install two wheels on the top of the sliding door and place it in the predetermined position. Adjust and install the bottom wheels to fix the sliding door. Finally, check the gaps and make adjustments to ensure the sliding door opens and closes smoothly without jamming.

  5. Waterproofing Measures
Apply glass glue sticks at key contact points between the aluminum frame and the wall, floor, etc., to form a continuous waterproof layer, preventing potential water leakage issues in the future. Pay special attention to the joints between the bottom of the shower room and the floor, as well as the connection points between the sliding door track and the frame, as these areas are prone to water leakage and require focused treatment.
