Mobile Toilet Sewage Disposal Methods

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

There are several main methods for sewage disposal in mobile toilets:

Direct Discharge and Fecal Tanks: The direct discharge method requires connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, directly discharging waste into municipal sewage networks or septic tanks, suitable for areas with a well-established sewage system. Fecal tanks collect feces through a tank, requiring regular cleaning, and are suitable for temporary locations without fixed sewage pipes, but attention should be paid to the tank's capacity and cleaning frequency.

Conventional Water-Flush Type: By connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, manual or automatic sensor flushing is used to discharge sewage into septic tanks or municipal sewage networks. It has relatively low construction costs and is suitable for various water-rich environments, but requires a continuous water supply and relies on sewage networks, with maintenance costs mainly involving regular cleaning of septic tanks.

Vacuum Sewage System: A vacuum pump generates negative pressure to suck sewage and waste into a collection container. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the vacuum pump automatically starts, featuring high efficiency and water conservation (water consumption is only 1/10 of that of traditional toilets), and effectively preventing leaks and odor diffusion, suitable for public places with high hygiene requirements.

Water-Storage Sewage System: Waste is flushed into a water storage tank through water flushing. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the flushing device automatically starts, flushing the waste into the tank. This method is suitable for locations with sufficient water sources and easy cleaning, but requires regular pumping of waste from the water storage tank to prevent overflow.

Microbial Degradation Sewage Disposal: Microbial strains are used to decompose waste, converting feces into fertilizer raw materials and recycling treated urine for toilet flushing. This method does not require sewage pipes and is suitable for remote areas with high environmental protection requirements and no sewage networks, but requires regular replenishment of microbial strains and maintenance of equipment stability.

Waterless Packaging Sewage Disposal: Biodegradable environmental protection packaging bags are used to automatically encapsulate waste, which is then collected in a fecal storage tank for unified treatment. This method requires no water at all and is suitable for water-scarce areas or locations without sewage conditions, such as arid regions or temporary event venues, but requires regular replacement of packaging bags and cleaning of the fecal storage tank.

Foam Sealing Sewage Disposal: Foaming liquid generates foam to cover toilet fixtures, replacing water flushing to achieve lubrication, toilet cleaning, and odor prevention. The foam reduces odor diffusion and decreases water consumption, suitable for water-scarce areas or locations requiring high water conservation efficiency, but requires regular replenishment of foaming liquid and maintenance of the foaming device.

Vacuum Self-Priming Sewage Disposal: Combining vacuum pumps with self-priming technology, waste is sucked into a sewage tank with extremely low water consumption and high sewage disposal efficiency. It is suitable for scenarios with extremely high water conservation requirements and a need for efficient sewage disposal, such as high-end tourist attractions or mobile public toilets, but has relatively high equipment costs and requires professional maintenance.
