Setting Floors for Mobile Toilets

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The number of floors at which mobile toilets are set varies depending on the scenario and regulatory requirements, as detailed below:

Super high-rise buildings: According to relevant regulations, super high-rise buildings must be equipped with mobile toilets, with one toilet set every three floors. Super high-rise buildings typically have a high density of occupants and many floors. To meet the daily usage needs of personnel and ensure sanitary conditions, setting mobile toilets every three floors can reasonably cover the usage range of occupants on each floor, avoiding inconvenience caused by overly large intervals between toilet settings. It also facilitates the management and maintenance of the toilets.

Construction site scenarios: Mobile toilets at construction sites are generally set starting from the 8th floor, with one toilet set every four floors thereafter. During the construction process, as the floors gradually rise, the number of construction workers also increases accordingly. Setting mobile toilets starting from the 8th floor takes into account factors such as the relatively small number of workers on lower floors in the early stages of construction and the relatively concentrated scope of construction activities. Setting one toilet every four floors can meet the toilet needs of workers on different floors during subsequent construction processes while also controlling the number of toilet settings to a certain extent, reducing construction costs and management difficulties.

Overall regulatory requirements for construction sites: According to the relevant requirements of the "Environmental and Sanitary Standards for Construction Sites" (JGJ146), mobile toilets and smoking areas should be set every three floors in building structures. This regulation is made from the perspective of ensuring the overall environmental hygiene and personnel health at construction sites. Setting mobile toilets every three floors ensures that construction workers can find toilet facilities within a relatively close range, reducing ineffective movements caused by searching for toilets and improving construction efficiency. At the same time, reasonable toilet settings also help maintain the cleanliness of the construction site, reduce odors and pollution, and create a relatively good working environment for construction workers.
