Mobile Toilet Septic Tank

Admin 03 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet septic tank is a core component used for storing fecal wastewater in mobile toilets. Its design must balance sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and environmental adaptability, and it is commonly found in temporary or long-term sanitation facilities at public places such as tourist attractions, docks, and squares.

Brands and Materials

There are many brands offering mobile toilet septic tanks on the market, such as Jinhong Pipeline, Jiasheng, Huajie Lvyuan, and Jingqing, among others. Different brands vary in product specifications, material selection, and after-sales service. In terms of materials, septic tanks are typically made of plastic, color-coated steel, steel structure, or fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP):

  • Plastic: Lightweight and low-cost, with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for short-term use or low-frequency scenarios;
  • Color-coated steel: The outer layer is color-coated steel plate, and the inner layer may be paired with anti-corrosion materials, combining strength with aesthetic appeal;
  • Steel structure: Strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for large-scale or high-traffic mobile toilets, but requires proper rust prevention treatment;
  • Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP): Made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic, resistant to acids and alkalis, anti-aging, with a long service life, a common choice for high-end scenarios.

Specifications and Flushing Methods

The height specification of the septic tank directly affects its capacity, with common sizes including 2.3m, 2.5m, and 2.7m, among others, which need to be selected based on the number of users and the emptying cycle. For example, a 2.3m specification may be suitable for squares with low daily usage, while a 2.7m specification is more appropriate for tourist attractions with high pedestrian traffic during peak hours.

Flushing methods affect user experience and water consumption, with the main types being:

  • Automatic flushing: Triggered by sensors or timers, hygienic and convenient but requiring power support;
  • Manual flushing: Users manually operate the valve, saving water but dependent on user habits;
  • Push-button/foot-pedal flushing: Triggered by mechanical structures, requiring no power, suitable for outdoor or unstable power supply scenarios.

Application Scenarios and Maintenance

The deployment of mobile toilet septic tanks must consider environmental factors, such as choosing materials with strong weather resistance (e.g., FRP) for tourist attractions, and prioritizing corrosion resistance (e.g., color-coated steel or plastic) for docks. Regular emptying of fecal wastewater is a key maintenance task, and an emptying plan should be formulated based on usage frequency to prevent overflow or odor diffusion from the septic tank. Additionally, sealing checks and flushing system debugging are also key points of daily maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation of the facilities.
