Self-Installation of Mobile Toilets

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets should be carried out according to the type. For personal installation, it is recommended to prioritize simple mobile toilets, while for large mobile toilets, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer for assistance.

I. Installation Steps for Simple Mobile Toilets

  1. Component Inspection and Preparation
Before installation, check the component list to ensure it includes the toilet body (including the toilet lid and seat), lower body, anti-slip strips, fixing screws, etc. Some products may come with additional sealing rings or drainage pipes, which should be confirmed according to the model. For example, in the components of the Behao BH132(PP) mobile toilet, the anti-slip strips are independent parts that need to be installed separately.

  2. Body Assembly
Connect the upper and lower bodies of the toilet using the buckles, ensuring that the buckles are fully embedded and there is no looseness. Some models require screws to fix the connection points, and the配套 (matching) tools should be used to tighten them to avoid cracking the plastic parts due to excessive force. After assembly, check that the toilet lid and seat open and close smoothly without any jamming.

  3. Anti-Slip and Fixing
Install the four anti-slip strips at the bottom into the corresponding slots of the lower body to ensure a flat contact surface with the ground. If the ground is smooth tiles or wooden flooring, anti-slip mats can be added to increase stability. Some mobile toilets need to be fixed to the ground with expansion screws, and the drilling positions should be marked in advance to avoid damaging underground pipelines.

  4. Drainage and Sealing
If the toilet comes with a built-in waste storage tank, check the tank's sealing to ensure there are no cracks or leaks. When connecting the drainage pipe, wrap the interface with Teflon tape or apply sealant to prevent odor leakage. After installation, pour a small amount of clean water to test if the drainage is smooth and observe if there is any water leakage at the connection between the tank and the pipe.

II. Key Points for Installing Large Mobile Toilets

  1. Pre-assembly at the Factory and Transportation
Large mobile toilets used in scenic spots or construction sites are usually assembled with the main frame, walls, and roof at the factory, and users only need to perform on-site fixing. During transportation, ensure that all components are securely bundled to avoid collisions that could deform the structure and affect subsequent installation accuracy.

  2. On-site Fixing and Pipe Connection
After placing the mobile toilet in the predetermined position, use expansion bolts to fix the bottom corner pieces to prevent displacement. If connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, plan the pipe routes in advance to ensure proper alignment of the interfaces. Some products require the installation of ventilation pipes, and check that the fan operates normally to avoid odor accumulation.

  3. Manufacturer Assistance and Debugging
The installation of large mobile toilets involves complex aspects such as electrical wiring and sewage systems. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer for video guidance or on-site technical support. After installation, test the flushing, lighting, ventilation, and other functions to ensure that all equipment operates normally.
