Mobile Toilet Schedule Arrangement

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The schedule arrangement for mobile toilets needs to be comprehensively determined based on the project type, rental period, and installation process. The schedule requirements vary in different scenarios as follows:

I. Schedule for Mobile Public Toilet Projects

Mobile public toilet projects usually adopt a combination of contract duration and planned duration. The contract duration is generally 45 calendar days, and the planned duration is 42 calendar days, with delivery possible 3 days earlier through the optimization of the construction process. The critical path is waterproofing of the base plate → hoisting of the toilet body → roof enclosure → threading of water and electricity lines → sanitary ware commissioning, with a total duration of 14 days. During this stage, strict control over the connection between each link is required. For example, waterproofing of the base plate must ensure no leakage before hoisting the toilet body, and threading of water and electricity lines should be carried out immediately after roof enclosure to avoid affecting the overall progress due to process delays.

II. Schedule for Transitional Solutions in Municipal Road Construction

If the project duration is 3-6 months, the rental period for mobile toilets needs to cover the entire construction period. In such scenarios, the rental contract should specify the service response time, for example, requiring the supplier to complete equipment repair or replacement within 24 hours to meet any unexpected needs that may arise during construction. The flexibility of the rental period is crucial and needs to be dynamically adjusted according to the progress of road construction to avoid increased rental costs or insufficient equipment due to extended project durations.

III. Suggestions on Rental Period for Temporary Use on Construction Sites

Temporary rental on construction sites requires the selection of a rental method based on the project duration:

  • Long-term rental: Suitable for projects with a duration exceeding 3 months, it can reduce the cost per unit time, and suppliers usually provide more stable maintenance services.
  • Short-term rental: Suitable for projects with a duration of less than 3 months, it requires a focus on equipment delivery speed and installation efficiency. For example, for simply installed toilets, it is necessary to ensure that the horizontal error of the cement base does not exceed 3mm, and for mobile toilets with wheels, hardened ground should be laid in advance to shorten the installation and commissioning time.

IV. Impact of Installation Process on the Schedule

The installation process includes site selection, foundation construction, equipment commissioning, and other links, and the time consumed directly affects the overall schedule:

  • Site selection: It is necessary to avoid low-lying and flood-prone areas and ensure that the distance from water and power sources complies with regulations.
  • Foundation construction: For simple toilets, a cement base needs to be poured, and the hardened ground should meet the bearing capacity requirements; for toilets with wheels, the site needs to be leveled to avoid equipment tilting.
  • Equipment commissioning: The water and electricity systems and sewage systems should be tested one by one to ensure normal function before putting them into use.

Summary: The schedule arrangement for mobile toilets needs to be comprehensively formulated in combination with the project type, rental period, and installation conditions. For public toilet projects, the critical path must be strictly followed; for municipal transitional projects, rental contract management should be strengthened; for construction site rentals, the rental method should be selected according to the project duration; and for the installation process, standardized operations should be adopted to shorten the time consumption.
