Qualifications for Mobile Toilet Sales

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Reputable mobile toilet sales vendors must possess core qualifications such as environmental certifications, safety design guarantees, scalable production capabilities, and compliance with national standards for their products.

1. Environmental Certification: Products Must Meet National Hygiene Standards As public sanitation facilities, the environmental performance of mobile toilets is a primary consideration. Reputable vendors must ensure that their products pass national hygiene standard tests, with indicators such as fecal treatment and sewage discharge meeting the requirements of the "Urban Public Toilet Hygiene Standards" (GB/T 17217-2012). Some manufacturers also voluntarily apply for ISO14001 environmental management system certification to demonstrate that their production processes comply with environmental management norms, reducing negative impacts on the environment. Such certifications not only serve as endorsements of product quality but also reflect the vendor's sense of social responsibility.

2. Safety Design: Ensuring a Hazard-Free Usage Experience Mobile toilets are used in various scenarios, necessitating safety designs that cover multiple details. For example, floors should be made of non-slip materials (such as non-slip tiles or coatings) to reduce the risk of user slips; walls and internal structures should use fire-resistant materials (such as flame-retardant panels) in compliance with the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" (GB 50016-2014); emergency ventilation systems should quickly exchange air in confined environments to prevent odor accumulation or oxygen deficiency; additionally, some high-end products are equipped with emergency lighting, handrails, and other auxiliary facilities to enhance the safety of special user groups (such as the elderly and children).

3. Production Capacity: Scalable Supply to Avoid Delivery Delays Large-scale events (such as music festivals and sports events) often require the rapid deployment of a large number of mobile toilets within a short period, posing high demands on the vendor's production capacity. Reputable vendors typically have scalable production lines capable of quickly adjusting production capacity based on order volume, avoiding event delays due to insufficient supply. For example, a manufacturer with a daily production capacity of 500 units can easily meet the needs of thousand-person events, whereas small workshop-style vendors may be unable to deliver on time due to limited production capacity.

4. Compliance with National Standards: Providing Test Reports or Certificates of Conformity Mobile toilets have clear industry standards in terms of slip resistance, ventilation, load-bearing capacity, etc. For example, the toilet compartment area should be no less than 1.1 meters by 1.2 meters to ensure user activity space; ventilation opening area should account for more than 5% of the wall area to ensure air circulation; load-bearing capacity should reach at least 200kg/㎡ to prevent structural deformation. Reliable sales companies will voluntarily provide test reports or certificates of conformity for their products, demonstrating compliance with national standards such as the "Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 38360-2019). Users can verify product compliance by checking these parameters.
