Mobile Toilet Safety Usage Guide

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

Safe usage of mobile toilets requires standardized operations in multiple aspects, including electricity usage, site selection, inspection, usage, ventilation, cleaning and maintenance, and fecal treatment:

Electrical Safety: Choose compliant power supply lines. For outdoor temporary electricity usage, use cables that meet specifications and are of appropriate length. The power connection system should have reliable grounding protection, with a grounding resistance of no more than 4 ohms, and check the firmness of the grounding stakes. Standardize the connection of electrical equipment, using standard plugs and sockets, and ensure proper insulation of circuit connections. In humid environments, use waterproof sockets and protective sleeves. Regularly maintain the electrical system, with professional inspections, replace aging components, and immediately cut off the power for inspection in case of abnormalities. Electrical connection work should be carried out by certified electricians, and on-site personnel should receive basic electrical safety training. Select rental companies with formal qualifications and check the integrity of the equipment. Plan the power supply scheme according to the quantity and power, using independent circuits and installing leakage protectors. Electrical connection work should be carried out by certified electricians with on-site supervision by dedicated personnel, and regularly check the equipment temperature. Protect the wires by架空 (overhead installation) or passing them through pipes, keep the equipment away from water sources, fire sources, and densely populated areas, take waterproof measures during the rainy season, and formulate emergency plans.

Site Selection and Placement: The ground should be flat and stable, choose hardened or compacted soil surfaces, and avoid soft mud and low-lying areas. Maintain a reasonable distance from the direction of crowd flow and leave a buffer zone at the entrance. The passageway should be spacious and equipped with barrier-free access. Secure the equipment with qualified anchors or counterweights and reinforce it in windy conditions. Consider lighting for nighttime use and install safety lights at the entrance and surrounding areas.

Pre-use Inspection: Before entering each time, confirm the condition of the door lock, floor, and ventilation openings, check for any unusual odors, damage, or cracks, and promptly notify the management personnel in case of abnormalities. Do not forcibly use facilities with hidden dangers.

Correct Usage Methods: Pay attention to hygiene before and after using the toilet, flush or operate according to the markings after use, and wash hands or use disinfectants when going out. Children, the elderly, and those with mobility issues should be accompanied. Smoking, lighting open flames, or heating are prohibited inside. Do not throw insoluble items into the toilet. Take good care of the facilities and be responsible for any damage.

Ventilation and Odor Control: Regularly open the ventilation openings or skylights, and ensure that the exhaust devices of enclosed chemical toilets are working. Use environmentally friendly deodorizers or biological enzyme preparations. Stop using and report if the odor is abnormally strong or if there is backflow of foul air.

Cleaning, Disinfection, and Maintenance Frequency: Clean daily and regularly replenish consumables in places with high foot traffic. Cleaning personnel should be equipped with protective gear and prepare disinfectants according to the instructions. Regularly inspect and lubricate movable parts, and promptly handle faults. Keep cleaning records.

Fecal Treatment and Discharge Requirements: The fecal tanks or waste collection containers should be transported and treated by qualified units. The discharge ports and pipes should have anti-overflow and anti-blocking measures, and immediately block and clean up in case of overflow. When replacing waste containers, two or more people should cooperate and use dedicated tools.
