Mobile Toilet Rules

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

The rules for mobile toilets cover aspects such as installation, usage, maintenance, and adaptation to special scenarios, and must be strictly followed as outlined below:

1. Installation Location Selection

  • Away from Pollution Sources and Food Areas: Maintain a minimum distance of 5 meters from kitchens and drinking water sources to prevent contamination of water supplies or food processing areas.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Avoid areas with direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure good ventilation and reduce odor accumulation; position near main activity pathways for easy access and reserve fire exits.
  • Ground Conditions: The installation surface must be level and solid; if necessary, lay anti-slip mats or harden the ground to prevent equipment tilting or personnel slipping.

2. Daily Usage Management

  • Hygiene Inspection and Cleaning: Inspect hygiene conditions at least twice daily, promptly clean feces and garbage to prevent accumulation; regularly disinfect both inside and outside the toilet to prevent odor spread and bacterial growth.
  • Consumable Replenishment: Provide sufficient quantities of toilet paper, hand soap, and other consumables, and establish a timely replenishment mechanism to meet usage demands.
  • Signage and Guidance: Post clear usage instructions and safety warning signs, such as 'Slippery When Wet' and 'No Smoking', to enhance usage safety.
  • Peak Period Management: During large-scale event peaks, assign dedicated personnel to maintain order, prevent queue congestion, and improve usage efficiency.

3. Safety and Maintenance Requirements

  • Electrical Safety: All electrical equipment must comply with national safety standards; regularly inspect wiring and sockets to prevent electric leakage or short-circuit risks.
  • Seasonal Protection: In winter, take insulation measures for water tanks and pipes (e.g., wrap with insulation materials) to prevent freezing and cracking; secure equipment before thunderstorms to prevent tipping.
  • Regular Inspections and Repairs: During the rental period, inspect equipment status daily and immediately report and repair any damage (e.g., door lock failures, flushing system abnormalities) to ensure normal usage.
  • Post-Event Handling: After events, thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment and store it properly in a dry, ventilated area to extend its service life.

4. Adaptation to Special Scenarios

  • Large-Scale Exhibitions: Configure toilet stalls at a ratio of 1:500 people, adjusting the male-to-female toilet ratio to 1:1.5 to alleviate female queuing issues.
  • Outdoor Music Festivals: Set up clear signage to guide usage, equip with sunshades and lighting to enhance nighttime usability.
  • Construction Sites: Choose equipment with sturdy bases, install anti-slip steps to adapt to complex terrain and heavy object collision risks at construction sites.
  • Temporary Use in Scenic Areas: Use eco-friendly materials (e.g., biodegradable materials), with exterior designs coordinated with the scenic area's style to reduce visual pollution.
