Mobile Toilet Restroom Vehicle

Admin 17 de octubre de 2026

A mobile toilet restroom vehicle is a movable facility that provides toilet services, featuring various types and configuration characteristics.

I. Typical Vehicle Configuration Take the HOWO logistics support mobile toilet vehicle from Sinotruk as an example. Its chassis adopts the 4×2 National VI standard, with an engine power of up to 257kW. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab, offering strong power and load-bearing capacity. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, and the walls adopt a frame + polyurethane filling structure, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue performance meeting national standards. The interior layout of the vehicle is reasonable, capable of meeting the needs of 8 people simultaneously, and is divided into male and female areas: the male area has 3 urinals and 3 vacuum-suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), while the female area has 3 squat toilets and 2 sit toilets; the washing area is equipped with 2 sinks, independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand soap, and tissue boxes. In terms of equipment configuration, each of the male and female areas is installed with a 1.5P air conditioner, and both the top and compartments are equipped with electric exhaust fans. The compartments are provided with independent lighting lamps, coat hooks, and other facilities; the exterior of the vehicle is fitted with a climbing ladder for easy maintenance. It is powered by a silent generator and equipped with an overall control cabinet (including a voltmeter, ammeter, sewage pump, etc.). The gray water tank has a capacity of 500L, and there are warning lights on the roof and tail.

II. Classification by Structure and Mobility Mobile toilets can be classified into two types based on their structural form:

  1. Monolithic Structure: Designed as an independent unit, suitable for small-scale scenarios;
  2. Composite Structure: Composed of multiple functional modules, offering strong scalability. Based on mobility, they can be classified as:
  3. Lifting and Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling, offering high flexibility but with limited mobility range;
  4. Powered and Trailer Type: Equipped with a power system or capable of being towed for travel, suitable for long-distance relocation.

III. Classification by Sewage Treatment Method

  1. Water-flush and Waterless Suction Type: Discharges fecal sewage through vacuum suction or gravity, requiring regular cleaning of the storage tank;
  2. Circulating Water-flush Type: Adopts biodegradation or chemical treatment technology to achieve water resource recycling;
  3. Dry Packaging Type: Uses biodegradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water, suitable for water-scarce environments.

IV. Market Characteristics The prices of mobile toilet restroom vehicles vary greatly depending on their configurations and specifications. Users can choose the appropriate type based on usage scenarios (such as temporary events, emergency rescue, tourist attractions, etc.).
