Mobile Toilet Restroom Processing

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

There are various processing methods for mobile toilet restrooms, such as using water storage tanks and pallets, and making Apple-仓 (Apple-type) mobile toilets with galvanized square tubes. Their design needs to follow certain principles and consider multiple factors.

Common Processing Methods

  • Making movable restrooms using water storage tanks and pallets: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy movement. After placing the water storage tank, cut the top of the tank to form an open tank body. Stack two open-top water storage tanks and fix them with self-tapping screws. Then, cut out a doorway, drill holes in the interior floor to install drainage elbows and pipes, fix the toilet and seal it with glue to ensure good sealing and prevent sewage leakage. After that, install faucets, washbasins, showerheads, and other facilities to meet daily needs. Finally, install the door and door handle to complete the overall production.
  • Making Apple-仓 mobile toilets with galvanized square tubes: Use galvanized square tubes of specific specifications as the keel, such as 305010 mm galvanized square tubes, to ensure structural stability. The exterior wall panels are made of 1.5 mm galvanized steel plates to enhance durability. A 30-centimeter eave is set on the top to effectively prevent rainwater from entering. This type of mobile toilet covers an area of 4 square meters and has a reasonable spatial layout.

Structure and Classification

Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. They can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets according to their structural forms; into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets according to their movement methods; and into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets according to their sewage treatment methods.

Design Principles and Requirements

Their design should follow the principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, and durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness; and efficiency improvement and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure should be lightweight, and lightweight and durable materials should be used as much as possible to reduce weight for easy movement. The structure should be sturdy to ensure safety during use. The design should also consider controlling the height and width of the toilet, and the mobile device should be fully considered and reasonable to ensure a smooth moving process.
