Mobile Toilet Renovation Design
The following plans and key points can be referred to for mobile toilet renovation design:

I. Water Storage Barrel Renovation Plan
- Basic Structure Construction: Split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Use wooden strips to increase the height of the barrel. Create an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to form an elevated wall, place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof, and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics.
- Functional Component Installation: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Create an opening at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic barrel and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device and connect it to a shower heater made of water pipes. Install a three-way fitting below the water inlet pipe to connect to a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing it with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage barrel. Connect a three-way fitting on the water outlet pipe horizontally to a water pipe extending to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Create an opening on the door and install a fitting to connect to a hose.
II. Water Storage Tank and Pallet Renovation Plan
- Mobility and Tank Processing: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top of the tank to remove the top and form an open-top tank.
- Combination and Functional Realization: Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut out a rectangular opening to form a door. Create an opening on the internal floor of the tank, insert an elbow into the water pipe and seal it, cut off the excess water pipe, place a toilet and secure it with glue. Fix water pipes on the wall with clamps and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect it to a water pipe, and create an opening as the drain pipe outlet. Create an opening on the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat ring, install a spray-type showerhead made of water pipes, make a toilet door with wooden boards and hinges, and install a door handle.
III. General Design Principles
A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobility device. The design should follow the principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness and durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness; and efficiency improvement and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible; the structure should be sturdy; the height and width of the toilet should be controlled during design; and the mobility device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
