Mobile Toilet Reinforcement Device

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The reinforcement device for mobile toilets enhances structural stability through various technical means, primarily including the following core solutions:

1. Steel Frame and Rust Prevention Treatment
Modern mobile toilets utilize high-strength galvanized square tubes welded into a frame, with steel thickness at key load-bearing parts not less than 2.5mm. After professional rust prevention treatment, they can withstand 1500 hours of salt spray corrosion. This design ensures structural strength and extends service life, making it particularly suitable for coastal or high-humidity environments.

2. Diagonal Bracing System
Through an innovatively designed diagonal bracing structure, the wind resistance of mobile toilets can be upgraded to withstand winds up to Level 12, and their earthquake resistance meets the requirements for loads from Level 8 earthquakes. For example, in extreme weather tests in Fuzhou, products equipped with patented wind-resistant fixing devices successfully withstood instantaneous gusts of Level 14, verifying their reliability.

3. Wind-Resistant Fixing Devices

  • Ground Anchor Fixing Method: At the corners or load-bearing positions of the toilet, expansion screws or ground anchor pins are used to connect fixing chains (straps) to the ground. The ground anchor depth must exceed 30 centimeters to ensure pull-out resistance. If space permits, concrete blocks or counterweights can be driven in to further enhance stability.
  • Wind-Resistant Ropes and Diagonal Fixing: Install wind-resistant ropes at the top and fix them to ground stakes or heavy objects. In strong winds, a 'well'-shaped diagonal bracing method is employed, using nylon ropes or steel cables to tighten the main body from multiple angles and disperse wind pressure.

4. Composite Foundation Fixing Technology
For special terrains such as hillsides and beaches, the combination of screw piles and prestressed steel cables controls settlement deviation within 3mm, ensuring the stability of the toilet on uneven ground.

5. Additional Counterweight Solutions
Distribute heavy objects such as sandbags and water tanks evenly inside or outside the toilet. For example, place 2-3 sandbags weighing 20 kilograms each on both sides, or use water tanks filled with water, utilizing gravity to prevent tilting. Counterweights should avoid being concentrated on one side to prevent structural imbalance.

6. Scenario-Based Solutions

  • Construction Sites: Adopt fully welded steel structures and add anti-displacement brackets to adapt to environments with heavy equipment vibrations.
  • Tourist Attractions: Use concealed ground anchor systems to ensure safety without damaging the landscape aesthetics.
  • Temporary Events: Recommend a counterweight block + strap fixing mode, leaving no installation marks after dismantling for easy and quick relocation.

7. Other Targeted Measures

  • Cold Regions: Special models are equipped with double-layer insulated walls and electric auxiliary heating systems to ensure structural stability in environments as cold as -35°C.
  • Coastal Regions: Recommend 304 stainless steel full-steel structures, with key connection points reinforced with military-grade bolts to resist salt spray corrosion.
  • Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Toilets: Integrate hydraulic automatic leveling systems to complete wind and earthquake resistance deployment within 30 minutes, adapting to mobile scenarios.
