Mobile Toilet Purchase Plan

Admin 17 de octubre de 2026

The purchase of mobile toilets should be based on demand positioning, selection criteria, procurement processes, and installation and operation management. The specific plan is as follows:

I. Clarify Demand Positioning
Plan the procurement quantity and configuration according to the pedestrian flow characteristics of different scenarios:

  • Urban Core Business Districts: With an average daily pedestrian flow exceeding 50,000, two mobile toilets with 6 female toilet stalls, 4 male toilet stalls, and 1 accessible toilet stall are required to meet peak-hour demand.
  • Subway Station Exits: With an average daily pedestrian flow of 30,000, three mobile toilets with 4 female toilet stalls and 3 male toilet stalls are configured to accommodate both commuting and transient populations.
  • Large Parks and Greenways: With an average daily pedestrian flow of 20,000, three mobile toilets with 3 female toilet stalls, 2 male toilet stalls, and 1 accessible toilet stall are configured to adapt to the dispersed distribution of visitors.
  • Temporary Event Venues: Reserve two easily disassembled and assembled simple mobile toilets to cope with sudden surges in pedestrian flow and ensure flexibility.

II. Establish Selection Criteria

  1. Material Selection:
    • For core business districts and subway station exits, choose steel frame structures with eco-friendly PVC panels, which are fire-resistant, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, with a lifespan exceeding 10 years.
    • For parks and greenways, select fiberglass materials, which are lightweight for easy mobility and have strong weather resistance.
  2. Functional Configuration:
    • Basic configurations: Sensor-flush toilets, handwashing stations, hand dryers, activated carbon deodorization systems, and forced ventilation devices.
    • For core business districts and park models, add emergency lighting systems and accessible handrails to enhance safety and convenience.
  3. Sewage Disposal Methods:
    • In areas with municipal sewage pipelines, use direct discharge methods; in areas without pipelines, select 1000L sealed sewage storage tanks paired with regular pumping services.
  4. Environmental Protection and Water Conservation:
    • Comply with national environmental protection standards, use water-saving fixtures, with an average daily water consumption per toilet stall of ≤5L.
    • Park models can be equipped with solar power systems to reduce energy consumption.

III. Standardize Procurement Processes

  1. Market Research: Screen 3-5 suppliers with ISO9001 quality management system certification and environmental product certification, focusing on their experience in similar projects (such as urban events or business district supplies).
  2. Bidding or Inquiry: Clearly define technical parameters, delivery schedules, and after-sales service requirements, and request suppliers to provide product samples and test reports.
  3. Contract Signing: Agree on a warranty period of ≥2 years, a maintenance response time of ≤24 hours, and set penalty clauses (a penalty of 5% of the contract amount for late delivery or substandard quality).
  4. On-site Acceptance: Jointly inspect the appearance and functional accessories with municipal and environmental protection departments, conduct a 72-hour trial run, and complete acceptance after confirming no issues such as water leakage or deodorization failure.

IV. Installation Layout and Operation Management

  1. Installation Layout:
    • Core business districts: Place on idle land beside the main entrance, ≤50 meters from the main road, avoiding fire exits.
    • Subway station exits: Place on the sidewalk beside the exit, with anti-slip ground treatment.
    • Parks: Place near visitor rest areas or scenic spots.
  2. Operation Management: Develop detailed rules, including regular cleaning, equipment maintenance, and sewage tank pumping, to ensure long-term effective operation.
