Mobile Toilet Project Introduction

Admin 26 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are suitable for a variety of scenarios, possess diverse design features and technological types, have undergone a specific development process, and involve enterprises from multiple regions in their industrial chain.

Application Scenarios: Mobile toilets are applicable in stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. They also cover public areas such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural regions, meeting the temporary or permanent toilet needs of different locations.

Design Features: In terms of materials and structure, they are entirely welded with thickened galvanized square tubes, with frames made of national standard steel. The surfaces are covered with anti-corrosive and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates, ensuring a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall materials are diverse, and the main structure meets the requirements for overall hoisting. Internally, they are equipped with an independent toilet pit zoning and treatment system. The urine channel utilizes gravity self-flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. They are also equipped with anti-slip floors and comply with relevant standards. There is a rich array of standard configurations and diverse optional configurations to meet the needs of different users.

Technological Types: There are water-flush and waterless suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry packing types. The circulating water-flush type is equipped with a fecal sewage treatment device, and the treated water can be recycled for flushing. The dry packing type has no water-flush device, and the excreta is collected by biodegradable plastic bags. In addition, there are various common technological types such as foam sealing types and packing types. Smart water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets can achieve efficient water-saving and clean flushing effects.

Development History: During the third public toilet revolution, mobile public toilets emerged, with materials gradually evolving from wood to fiberglass-reinforced plastics. The fourth public toilet revolution saw the appearance of various new types of public toilets, with ecological public toilets becoming a hot topic. Since 2012, the technological routes and sub-categories of mobile public toilets have continuously enriched, and product forms have become more diverse.

Industrial Chain and Market: The industrial chain involves more than 20 production enterprises in regions such as Liaoning, Shanghai, and Hebei, which can provide diverse solutions including prefabricated and ecological water-saving types.
