Mobile Toilet Production Site

There are mainly two ways to transform water storage containers at the mobile toilet production site, as detailed below:

Production Using Water Storage Barrels

1. Basic Structure Construction: Take out a household water storage barrel and use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Attach wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase height and provide support for subsequent installation of the roof and other structures.
2. Door Frame and Wall Construction: Create an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form the door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls. This ensures door airtightness and increases the internal height of the toilet.
3. Roof Installation: Place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips to form the roof, providing shelter from wind and rain.
4. Indoor Device Setup: Create a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainpipe to form a floor drain for easy sewage discharge. Create a hole on the side of a plastic barrel and connect it to a direct joint, then place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device for storing flushing water. Connect water pipes to make a simple bathroom heater, install a toilet and water tank, connect the drainpipe to a sewage barrel, extend a horizontal water pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for a sink, completing the basic functions of the toilet.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

1. Mobile Base Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet to provide mobility for the entire mobile toilet. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station as the main structure of the toilet.
2. Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top to remove the top, creating an open tank. Place another open-top water storage tank upside down on top of the first tank and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space of the toilet.
3. Functional Component Installation: Cut out a rectangular opening to form the doorway. Create a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow and water pipe, and seal it. Install and secure the toilet. Fix water pipes on the wall with clips and install a faucet, connect the sink drainpipe, connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose and install a bracket and seat ring, and install a spray-type showerhead to meet washing and showering needs. Make a toilet door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure privacy.
