Production Process of Mobile Toilet

The production process of a mobile toilet is as follows:

I. Basic Structure Construction

1. Water Storage Tank Modification: Select a household water storage tank and use an angle grinder to longitudinally cut it in half along the central axis, retaining one half as the main structure.
2. Mobile Base Fabrication: Install universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board and secure them with self-tapping screws to form a movable base. Align the bottom of the cut water storage tank with the center of the wooden board and fix it with screws or glue.
3. Height Extension and Wall Construction: Attach wooden strips vertically to the upper edge of the water storage tank using self-tapping screws to form a frame structure that increases interior height. Embed plastic soft panels on the sides of the frame as walls and cover the top with the other half of the water storage tank as a roof, ensuring airtightness.

II. Functional Component Installation

1. Door and Door Frame Fabrication: Cut an entrance on the side of the water storage tank and attach sponge strips on both sides to form a door frame. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a door panel and fix it to the door frame with hinges to ensure smooth opening and closing.
2. Water Storage and Drainage System:

   • Water Storage Device: Drill a hole on the side of the roof water storage tank, connect a direct joint as an inlet; drill another hole at the bottom, install another joint, and connect a water pipe to the toilet tank to form a water supply system.
3. Sanitary Facility Installation:
   • Toilet: Place the toilet aligned with the floor drain opening, install the tank, and seal the edges with glass glue to prevent leakage.
   • Bathroom Heater and Shower: Assemble a simple bathroom heater with water pipes and connect the inlet pipe and shower with a three-way joint to ensure hot water supply.
   • Sink: Extend a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance, connect a hose and a faucet to form a handwashing area.

III. Detail Optimization and Beautification

1. Waterproofing Treatment: Apply white waterproof paint to the surface of the wooden strips to prevent decay in humid environments.
2. Sealing Reinforcement: Check all joints and gaps and fill them with glass glue or sealing strips to ensure no leakage hazards.
3. Appearance Tidying: Clean up the scraps generated during the production process to ensure interior cleanliness and enhance the user experience.

Precautions: Wear protective gear (such as gloves and goggles) during the production process to avoid injury from flying debris during angle grinder operation; ensure all holes are accurately sized to avoid installation deviations later; regularly clean the sewage tank to prevent clogging.
