The Entire Production Process of Mobile Toilets

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

The production of mobile toilets requires selecting a plan based on functional requirements and material conditions. Common production processes can be divided into two categories: handmade DIY and industrial production. The following are specific step descriptions:

I. Handmade DIY Production (Taking the renovation of a water storage tank as an example)

  1. Basic Frame Construction

    • Use plastic pallets or steel plates as the base to ensure load-bearing capacity. Install universal wheels at the four corners of the base for easy movement; if towing transportation is required, a towing device can be added.
    • If a steel frame is used, the main structure needs to be welded with channel steel or square steel to ensure hoisting stability.
  2. Main Structure Renovation

    • Water Storage Tank Processing: Recycle large water storage tanks, cut the tops to form open tanks; stack two tanks and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space height.
    • Opening Design: Cut a rectangular opening (180 cm high and 50 cm wide) on the side of the tank as a doorway, and polish the edges smoothly to prevent scratches.
  3. Internal Facility Installation

    • Drainage System: Drill holes in the tank floor, install elbows and pipes, seal the gaps, and then connect to the toilet drain; if a dry-pack toilet is used, a feces collection box interface needs to be reserved.
    • Sanitary Ware Fixing: Fix the toilet with waterproof glue, install stainless steel sinks, faucets, and shower brackets; if space is limited, foldable sanitary ware can be selected.
    • Door Production: Make a door with wood or lightweight panels, install hinges and door handles to ensure smooth opening and closing.
  4. Detail Improvement

    • Connect the toilet tank inlet pipe and shower hose, and install the toilet seat and showerhead.
    • Waterproof wallpaper can be pasted or anti-rust paint can be sprayed on the walls to enhance aesthetics and durability.

II. Industrial Production Process

  1. Modular Design

    • Design toilet modules (such as single rooms and management rooms) according to needs, using color steel plates, fiberglass, or metal carved panels as wall materials to ensure lightweight and heat and moisture insulation.
    • The main frame adopts factory welding technology, and installation holes for sanitary ware, circuits, and pipes are reserved.
  2. Sewage Treatment System Integration

    • Flush Type: Equip with a feces sewage storage tank and connect the toilet and drain through pipes; if recycling is required, filtering and disinfection devices can be added.
    • Dry-Pack Type: Install replaceable feces collection bags or containers, which do not require a water source and are suitable for water-scarce areas.
  3. Mobile Device Installation

    • Install high-strength wheels at the bottom or design a towing structure to ensure stability during transportation; if long-term fixation is required, adjustable feet can be added.
  4. Additional Function Expansion

    • Solar Power Supply: Install solar panels on the roof, connect to batteries and LED lighting and ventilation systems to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
    • Intelligent Monitoring: Integrate sensors to monitor usage status, sewage capacity, and other data, and transmit them in real-time to a management platform through the Internet of Things.

Precautions:

  • The handmade DIY plan is suitable for temporary or low-cost needs, and industrial production needs to comply with prefabricated product installation specifications.
  • Additional functions such as solar power require additional planning of circuits and energy systems, and it is recommended to be operated by professionals.
