Mobile Toilet Production Process

There are mainly two examples of the production process for mobile toilets:

First Production Process

1. Water Storage Tank Processing: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half, creating two semi-tanks to serve as basic components for subsequent structural construction.
2. Mobile Device Installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to make the entire toilet mobile, facilitating use in different locations.
3. Height Increase: Take wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the tank with self-tapping screws to increase the interior height of the toilet and enhance user comfort.
4. Door Frame Construction: Create an entrance on the side of the water storage tank and install sponge strips on both sides of the entrance to form the basic structure of the door frame.
5. Wall and Roof Construction: Insert plastic soft panels between the wooden strips to form the walls; place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof.
6. Appearance Enhancement: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to improve aesthetics and provide waterproofing.
7. Simple Door Production: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to create a simple door.
8. Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole at the bottom of the tank to install a drain pipe, forming a floor drain; drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint, ensuring smooth drainage of sewage.
9. Small Water Storage Device and Bath Heater Installation: Place a plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device; connect a bath heater made from a water pipe to meet basic bathing needs.
10. Toilet and Sink Installation: Install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead; place the toilet and install the water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue; connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, extend a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance as the sink's water inlet pipe, install joints and hoses, and drill a hole in the door to install a joint.

Second Production Process

1. Mobile Device Installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet to make the toilet mobile.
2. Water Storage Tank Processing: Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on the pallet and use an angle grinder to cut along the top marking line to remove the top, forming an open tank.
3. Tank Stacking and Fixing: Stack another open-top water storage tank upside down on the first tank and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
4. Entrance Creation: Cut a rectangular opening 180 cm high and 50 cm wide in the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank accordingly to form an entrance.
5. Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole in the interior floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom up and cut in a water pipe, seal the gaps with glue, and cut off the excess water pipe.
6. Toilet Installation: Place the toilet对准 (aligned with) the drain and secure it with glue around the toilet.
7. Handwashing Device Installation: Fix a water pipe on the wall clip, install a faucet, secure a pipe cap with screws below, connect a water pipe and drill a hole below as the drain pipe outlet, drill a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin as the handwashing basin.
8. Other Facility Installation: Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat, and install a spray-type showerhead made from a water pipe.
9. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form the bathroom door; install a door handle on the door.
