Mobile Toilet Production Flow Chart

The following is part of the production process for mobile toilets:

External Structure Construction

• Water Storage Tank Processing: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half, which will serve as the foundation for the main frame of the mobile toilet.
• Installing the Mobile Device: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board to provide mobility for the entire mobile toilet, facilitating its use in different locations.
• Increasing Height and Walls: Attach wooden strips to the upper side of the tank using self-tapping screws to increase the interior height of the toilet. Use an angle grinder to create an entrance on the side of the water storage tank, install sponge strips on both sides of the entrance to form a door frame, and insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create elevated walls that provide some privacy and protection.
• Making the Roof: Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof of the mobile toilet, providing shelter for the interior.
• Enhancing Aesthetics: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to improve the appearance of the toilet and provide waterproofing, extending the lifespan of the wooden strips.
• Making a Simple Door: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door, which is then installed on the door frame to enable opening and closing.

Indoor Device Installation

• Floor Drain Production: Use a hole-making tool to create an opening at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, facilitating the discharge of sewage.
• Installing a Small Water Storage Device: Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and install direct connectors. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device for storing clean water.
• Installing a Bath Heater: Connect a bath heater made from water pipes to provide temperature regulation inside the toilet.
• Toilet Installation: Install a three-way connector below the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead. Place the toilet and install the water tank, securing the toilet with glass glue to ensure it is firmly installed. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank to enable sewage discharge.
• Installing the Washbasin Water Inlet Pipe: Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way connector of the outlet pipe and extend it to the entrance to serve as the water inlet pipe for the washbasin, facilitating its use.
• Installing the Door Connector: Create holes on the door and install connectors to connect hoses, enabling water supply to the washbasin.
