Mobile Toilet Product Introduction

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide public restroom services. They adopt environmental protection technologies and feature flexibility and environmental adaptability.

I. Technical Types Mobile toilets encompass a variety of environmental protection technology solutions:

  1. Waterless Flush Type: This type processes excreta through physical or chemical means without the need for water, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary events.
  2. Foam Sealing Type: It uses foaming agents to cover the surface of excreta, blocking odors and reducing water consumption. This type is commonly found in scenic spots or places with high foot traffic.
  3. Water Flush Type: This type adopts the traditional water flushing method but reduces water consumption through a circulating water system or water-saving design, making it suitable for scenarios with high hygiene requirements.

II. Structural Forms and Functional Configurations

  1. Single-Unit Type: It features an independent cubicle structure and is suitable for places with dispersed foot traffic, such as campsites or small construction sites.
  2. Modular Type: It has a modular拼接 (modular assembly) design that can form multiple toilet stalls and is equipped with facilities such as sinks and urinals to meet the needs of large events or public places.
  3. Special Requirement Types:
    • Barrier-Free Access Type: It facilitates use by disabled individuals and complies with universal design standards.
    • Environmentally Friendly and Ecological Type: It adopts microbial degradation or circulating water flushing technologies to achieve resource recycling and reduce environmental pollution.
    • Luxury Type: It is equipped with facilities such as air conditioners, lighting, and ventilation fans to enhance user comfort and is suitable for high-end venues or long-term use scenarios.

III. Materials and Structures

  1. Frame Structure: It is composed of welded steel, with channel steel or I-beams at the bottom, square steel columns, meeting lifting requirements for easy movement and installation.
  2. Wall Materials: These include color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood. Some products use galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, or aluminum plates, with rock wool or polyurethane filling inside for thermal insulation.
  3. Flooring and Doors/Windows: The floor is laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with a waterproof layer. The doors and windows are made of aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass to ensure durability and safety.

IV. Application Scenarios and Intelligent Configurations Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, construction sites, squares, and other places, as well as entertainment performances, sports events, conferences, and exhibitions. Some products are equipped with intelligent systems, such as PLC data acquisition, LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps to improve management efficiency.
