Mobile Toilet Processing Parameters

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The processing parameters of mobile toilets mainly involve sewage discharge methods and related technical details, with significant differences in parameters among different types of mobile toilets, as detailed below:

1. Flush-type Mobile Toilets
Flush-type mobile toilets rely on a 220V voltage to drive a water pump for the flushing process. Their core parameters include voltage requirements and sewage disposal facilities. They need to be equipped with a septic tank or connected to the municipal sewage network to ensure effective collection and treatment of sewage. The capacity of the septic tank should be designed according to the number of users and frequency of use to prevent overflow; if connected to the municipal sewage network, it must meet the pressure and flow requirements of the pipes. Additionally, the flush volume of flush-type toilets is a key parameter, typically much lower than that of traditional toilets (e.g., 3-6 liters per flush) to achieve water-saving goals. The flushing methods are divided into direct flush and siphon flush types. The former has strong flushing power but is noisy, while the latter is quiet but prone to clogging, requiring selection based on the actual scenario.

2. Packaging-type Mobile Toilets
Packaging-type mobile toilets seal feces in biodegradable plastic bags, requiring no external water source or sewage pipes. Their core parameters include bag material, replacement cycle, and sealing performance. The bags should be made of biodegradable materials (e.g., polylactic acid (PLA)) to reduce environmental pollution; the thickness and toughness of the material should meet load-bearing requirements to prevent rupture. The replacement cycle depends on the number of users. For example, if used by one person once a day, it is recommended to replace the bag every 3-5 days; for high-traffic scenarios (e.g., tourist attractions), the replacement cycle should be shortened to 1-2 days. Sealing performance is crucial for preventing odor leakage, requiring a tight fit between the bag opening and the排泄口 (discharge opening), and equipped with a double-sealing structure (e.g., rubber ring + buckle).

3. Microbial Degradation-type Mobile Toilets
Microbial degradation-type toilets decompose excrement through special bacterial strains, achieving waterless treatment, suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas. Their core parameters include bacterial strain type, degradation efficiency, and temperature control. The bacterial strains should have efficient decomposition capabilities (e.g., decomposing organic matter and urea in feces) and adapt to the internal environment of the toilet (e.g., pH value, humidity). Degradation efficiency is usually measured by the "daily processing capacity", for example, a single toilet can process the excrement of 20-50 people per day. Temperature control is crucial for bacterial activity, requiring heating devices (e.g., electric heating films) to maintain the internal temperature between 20-40℃. If used in cold regions, additional insulation layers are needed. Furthermore, bacterial strains need to be replenished regularly to maintain degradation capacity, with a replenishment cycle generally of 3-6 months.
