Mobile Toilet Processing Methods

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

There are mainly two forms of processing methods for mobile toilets: on-site installation of factory-prefabricated finished products and self-made using water storage buckets or tanks.

On-site installation of factory-prefabricated finished products: This is a relatively common and convenient processing method. Mobile toilets are usually fully prefabricated in the factory, including the installation of the main structure of the toilet, internal facilities (such as toilets and washbasins), and the laying of water and electricity lines. Factory prefabrication can ensure product quality and standardization, reducing errors and uncertainties in on-site construction. During on-site installation, the prefabricated mobile toilet only needs to be transported to the designated location, and after simple fixation and connection of water and electricity, it can be put into use. Compared with the complex processes of site selection, material procurement, and construction for traditional toilets, this method has significant advantages in terms of labor, material, and capital investment, greatly shortening the construction cycle and improving efficiency.

Self-made using water storage buckets or tanks:

  • Self-made using a water storage bucket: First, take out a water storage bucket at home and split it in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility, and use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height on the upper side of the bucket. Open a door on the side of the water storage bucket, install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to form walls, and use the upper half as a roof. Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, and drill holes on the side and bottom to connect interfaces to make a small water storage device. Connect facilities such as a bathroom heater, showerhead, and toilet. Fix the toilet with glass glue, connect the drain pipe to the sewage bucket, extend the water pipe as the inlet pipe for the washbasin, and finally drill a hole in the door to install an interface.
  • Self-made using a water storage tank: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station. Cut the top of the water storage tank with an angle grinder, stack two top-open water storage tanks, and fix them with self-tapping screws. Cut out rectangular openings and a door, drill a hole in the internal floor to install a drain elbow and a water pipe, and fix the toilet. Fix water pipes on the wall clips to install faucets, make drain pipe outlets and washbasins. Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a showerhead-style shower and a toilet seat. Make a bathroom door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle.
