Process of Mobile Toilets

Admin 22 de octubre de 2026

The manufacturing processes of mobile toilets vary depending on their types, mainly divided into factory-prefabricated finished mobile toilets and homemade movable restrooms. The specific processes are as follows:

Factory-Prefabricated Finished Mobile Toilets

These toilets are usually prefabricated in factories and can be used immediately after on-site installation. The construction steps mainly include the following:

  1. Frame Welding: Steel is used to weld a frame structure. The bottom is typically welded with channel steel or I-beams, and square steel is used for the columns to ensure the overall structure is stable and meets lifting requirements.
  2. Wall Installation: Wall materials are installed on the frame. Common materials include color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. These materials are lightweight, durable, and easy to clean.
  3. Function Integration: According to design requirements, sanitary fixtures, ventilation systems, lighting equipment, etc., are integrated. Some high-end models are also equipped with sewage treatment devices or intelligent control systems.
  4. On-Site Assembly: The prefabricated modules are transported to the site and quickly assembled using bolts or welding. After connecting the water and electricity, they can be put into use.

Homemade Movable Restrooms

These toilets are mostly handmade using waste materials, with lower costs but relatively complex processes. Two common plans are as follows:

  1. Water Storage Bucket Modification Plan

    • Structural Modification: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage bucket in half. Fix universal wheels at the bottom of a wooden board, increase the height of the bucket body with wooden strips and self-tapping screws, and open a door on the side and install a sponge strip to form a door frame.
    • Walls and Roof: Embed plastic soft panels to form elevated walls. Use the upper part of the water storage bucket as the roof and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics.
    • Function Installation: Open a hole at the bottom of the bucket to install a drain pipe, connect a plastic bucket on the side as a water storage device, connect a bathroom heater, showerhead, toilet, etc. The drain pipe is connected to a sewage bucket, and the water pipe is extended to the door as the inlet pipe for the sink.
  2. Water Storage Tank and Pallet Combination Plan

    • Movable Base: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of a pallet, place a recycled water storage tank, and use an angle grinder to cut the top to form an open tank.
    • Tank Assembly: Stack two open tanks and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening as the door.
    • Water and Electricity System: Open a drain hole on the floor inside the tank, connect a toilet and fix it with glue, install a faucet and a sink (modified from a stainless steel basin), connect a shower hose and spray head, and finally install a door and handles.

Both homemade plans require attention to sealing treatment (such as fixing with glass glue) and waterproof design to ensure functionality and hygiene.
