Replacement of Plastic Bags in Mobile Toilets

Admin 13 de octubre de 2026

The replacement of packing-type mobile toilet plastic bags (degradable bags) should be carried out in combination with the equipment type (foot-pedal or electric) and system design. The specific process is as follows:

I. Preparation Before Replacement

  1. Confirm System Status: Check whether the alarm device is working properly. If the equipment has triggered a replacement prompt (such as an indicator light turning on or an audible alert), you can proceed directly with the operation; if there is no alarm, manually check whether the sensor is faulty to avoid operational delays due to misjudgment.
  2. Prepare Tools: Prepare specialized tools according to the equipment model, such as clamps and wrenches. Some electric equipment may not require tools, but ensure a stable power supply to avoid interruption during operation.
  3. Environmental Protection: Wear gloves before operation to avoid direct contact with waste; if the equipment is located in a public area, set up temporary warning signs to prevent others from misusing it.

II. Replacement Steps

  1. Remove the Old Bag:
    • Step on the foot-pedal or activate the electric drive rod to pull the packing bag down into the toilet bowl and clamp it tightly, ensuring that the waste is completely wrapped.
    • Loosen the clamps at the remaining bag opening, lift the bag opening and tie a knot to prevent waste from falling off or leaking.
    • Place the entire old bag into the waste box or storage tank to avoid contaminating the equipment surface or the ground.
  2. Install the New Bag:
    • Lift the new degradable bag, tie a knot at one end, and place it around the edge of the toilet bowl, ensuring that the bag body hangs naturally without twisting.
    • Step on the foot-pedal or activate the electric drive rod again to pull the new bag down and clamp it tightly, and check whether the seal is good.
    • Manually adjust the position of the bag opening to ensure it fits snugly against the edge of the toilet bowl, preventing urine leakage or odor escape.

III. Precautions

  1. Operational Specifications: Avoid touching the internal mechanical structures of the toilet (such as the drive rod and clamps) to prevent damage to the packing system or bag jamming.
  2. Sensor Inspection: If the system does not automatically alarm, prioritize checking for sensor faults (such as dust blockage or loose wiring) rather than directly replacing the plastic bag.
  3. Hygiene Cleaning: After replacement, wipe the equipment surface with disinfectant wipes, clean up any residual waste, and keep the area well-ventilated and dry.

IV. Maintenance Recommendations

Regularly inspect the wear of the packing bags. If edge tearing, loss of elasticity, or abnormal degradation speed is found, replace them in a timely manner. It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment every 3-6 months and replace aging components (such as drive rods and clamps) to extend the service life and ensure environmental protection effects.
