Mobile Toilet Placement Conditions

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The placement of mobile toilets must meet the following conditions to ensure safety, stability, and normal use:

1. Terrain and Foundation Requirements
When selecting a site, prioritize areas with flat terrain and good drainage, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or erosion from rainwater. If placing on soft ground (such as grass or sand), use gravel or wooden planks in advance to create a solid foundation, preventing toilet tilting or damage due to ground subsidence. Drainage design should consider the surrounding environment to ensure smooth sewage discharge and prevent contamination of nearby soil or water sources.

2. Support Structure Stability
Before placement, check that the toilet's bottom support legs are intact and undamaged, ensuring even contact with the ground. If any support legs are missing or deformed, replace or reinforce them promptly to prevent tilting or even toppling due to uneven support. For long-term placement of mobile toilets, regular inspection of the support structure is recommended to ensure stability.

3. Fixing Methods and Wind Resistance
The site must meet fixing requirements, with common methods including ground anchor fixing and expansion bolt fixing. If using ground anchor fixing, the anchor depth should exceed 30 centimeters to ensure sufficient pull-out resistance and prevent toilet displacement due to strong winds or external forces. In areas with high wind speeds, increase the number of fixing points or adopt more stable fixing methods, such as concrete foundation fixing, to enhance wind resistance.

4. Space and Accessibility Design
The placement area must accommodate the footprint of the mobile toilet, with typical overall dimensions of 2 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2 meters in height. For accessible toilet stalls, reserve larger space: a clear dimension of at least 1.8 meters by 1.5 meters, with a 1.5-meter square wheelchair turning area to ensure smooth use by wheelchair users. Additionally, keep pathways around the toilet clear to avoid obstructions affecting passage or emergency evacuation.

5. Environmental Harmony and Compliance
The placement of mobile toilets must comply with local environmental protection, sanitation, and urban management regulations, avoiding occupation of public passageways, fire exits, or impact on urban appearance. In scenic spots, parks, and other locations, coordinate with the surrounding environment and choose concealed or non-obtrusive locations whenever possible. For temporary events, communicate with relevant departments in advance to ensure the placement location complies with event planning and safety requirements.
