Mobile Toilet Placement

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

The placement method of mobile toilets should be selected based on the toilet type and scenario requirements. Common types include traditional mobile toilets, prefabricated public toilets, and smart prefabricated public toilets, with specific placement procedures as follows:

The placement of traditional mobile toilets relies on well-developed municipal infrastructure. After the main body is fully produced in the factory, it is transported to the site by vehicle and placed at a pre-leveled designated location using lifting equipment. During placement, the focus is on connecting water, electricity, and drainage pipelines. The site selection must meet the condition that there are sewage pipelines buried below the placement point, otherwise, the sewage discharge function cannot be achieved. These toilets are suitable for areas with municipal pipeline coverage, such as city streets and squares, but their site selection flexibility is relatively low due to pipeline layout constraints.

Prefabricated public toilets have broken through pipeline restrictions through technological innovation. They use waterless flushing microbial degradation technology and do not require the laying of sewage pipelines, significantly improving site selection flexibility. In areas without pipelines, such as the core areas of scenic spots and remote villages, installation can be completed simply by hardening the ground. During installation, the main structure is quickly lifted into place by a crane, reducing the construction period from three months for traditional public toilets to one week, greatly enhancing emergency deployment efficiency. For example, before the tourist season in a mountainous scenic spot, by hardening the ground and installing prefabricated public toilets, 10 toilet stalls were added within seven days.

Smart prefabricated public toilets incorporate Internet of Things (IoT) technology on the basis of prefabricated toilets. Their placement procedure is similar to that of traditional prefabricated public toilets, but additional smart devices need to be configured and connected to the network. Sensors are used to monitor environmental data such as temperature, humidity, and ammonia concentration in real-time, and support remote operation and maintenance management, such as automatically alerting equipment failures or insufficient consumables. These toilets are suitable for scenarios with high management efficiency requirements, such as commercial complexes and transportation hubs. During installation, it is necessary to ensure network signal coverage and reserve interfaces for smart devices to ensure stable system operation.

The core differences in the placement of different types of mobile toilets lie in their dependence on infrastructure: traditional types rely on pipelines, prefabricated types break through pipeline restrictions, and smart types require network support. In actual selection, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate scenario conditions, construction periods, and management requirements to achieve optimal resource allocation.
