Mobile Toilet Partition Installation Guide

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilet partitions should be carried out according to the following steps, taking into account on-site conditions and material characteristics for standardized operation:

I. Preliminary Preparation and Material Verification

  1. Dimension Verification: Check the design drawings against the actual clear dimensions of the pit (width, depth, height) on site to ensure that the position of the drainage pipe matches the drawings and avoid conflicts during later installation.
  2. Material Inspection: Confirm that materials such as aluminum alloy columns, crossbeams, partition panels (e.g., compact laminate panels), doors and accessories, and expansion screws are complete and undamaged, with no scratches or deformations on the panel surfaces.
  3. Site Conditions: The flatness error of the ground should be ≤3mm, and the perpendicularity error of the wall should be ≤2mm; otherwise, leveling or correction should be carried out in advance. Tools such as an impact drill, level, laser line projector, tape measure, and screwdriver should be prepared.

II. Line Snapping and Positioning

  1. Ground Positioning: Use a laser line projector or chalk line to snap the centerline of the columns. The clear dimension from the center of the column to the wall or adjacent columns should be increased by half the thickness of the panel (e.g., if the panel is 12mm thick, add 6mm to the clear dimension).
  2. Ceiling Positioning: Project the ground centerline vertically onto the ceiling to determine the top fixing points; snap a height control line (e.g., 1500mm from the ground) for alignment of the crossbeams.
  3. Door Opening Verification: Measure the clear dimension between the two columns to ensure it meets the width requirements of the door frame (usually 700–850mm) and avoid difficulties in opening and closing the door leaf after installation.

III. Column Installation

  1. Ground Fixing: Drill holes on the column centerline (at intervals of 40–50cm), insert expansion tubes, and then screw in the screws to fix the base. Adjust the perpendicularity with a level, with an error of ≤1mm.
  2. Top Fixing: Select the fixing method according to the ceiling material: use chemical anchors for concrete ceilings and self-tapping screws + angle brackets for light steel keel ceilings to ensure a firm connection between the top of the column and the ceiling.

IV. Crossbeam and Panel Installation

  1. Crossbeam Fixing: Align the crossbeams with the height control line and fix them between the columns with screws, ensuring that the crossbeams are level and perpendicular to the columns.
  2. Panel Installation: Fix the partition panels (e.g., compact laminate panels) with angle brackets or special connectors. Seal the gaps between the panels and the ground and wall with expanding foam or silicone sealant to prevent water seepage or odor diffusion.

V. Door and Accessory Installation

  1. Door Frame and Door Leaf: Install the door frame and then hang the door leaf. Connect the upper and lower hinges and adjust the door stopper or floor spring to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door leaf without abnormal noise.
  2. Accessory Debugging: Install accessories such as handles and locks and test the flexibility of opening and closing the locks to ensure safe use.

Precautions:

  • If the partition is movable, adjustable feet or casters should be installed at the bottom of the columns for easy fixing after movement.
  • Throughout the installation process, use a level and laser line projector to continuously calibrate the perpendicularity and levelness to avoid tilting of the partition or uneven door gaps.
  • Specific accessories (such as 'F-shaped grooves') should be adjusted according to the material instructions to ensure compatibility with the overall structure.
