Applications of Panels for Mobile Toilets

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

There are various choices of panels for mobile toilets based on different scenarios and requirements. Here are some common panels and their application characteristics:

Color-coated steel panels are composed of color-coated steel sheets and core materials such as foam and rock wool. They are lightweight, easy to install, and relatively inexpensive, making them suitable for temporary venues like events and construction sites. Their rapid construction feature meets short-term usage needs while keeping costs under control.

Stainless steel panels have high strength, corrosion resistance, and good durability. With a modern and simple appearance, they are suitable for parks, squares, scenic spots, and other places with high requirements for hygiene and aesthetics. Their corrosion resistance can withstand outdoor environments, and they are less likely to deform or be damaged during long-term use.

FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) is made of glass fibers and synthetic resins. It is lightweight with high strength, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant, and can be molded into various shapes. It is suitable for outdoor venues with complex environments such as tourist attractions and seashores, especially capable of resisting harsh conditions like salt spray and humidity, thereby extending its service life.

Anti-corrosion wood panels are made of specially treated anti-corrosion wood. They have a natural and warm appearance that blends well with the natural environment, making them suitable for parks, resorts, beautiful villages, and other scenic spots. Their anti-corrosion properties can cope with humid or rainy environments, and the wood grain texture enhances the overall aesthetics of the toilet while maintaining long-lasting durability.

PVC plastic panels have excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, effectively preventing water penetration and keeping the interior dry. They come in a variety of colors, are easy to clean, and can be customized according to needs, meeting the decorative requirements of different venues. They are suitable for scenarios with high requirements for hygiene and appearance.

Aluminum ceiling panels are moisture-proof, impact-resistant, and stain-resistant, support seamless splicing, and have strong oxidation resistance, resulting in a long service life. They are particularly suitable for the walls or ceilings of outdoor restrooms, especially in high-humidity or easily impacted environments.

HPL (high-pressure laminate) panels are waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean and a variety of design styles. They are suitable for partitions in public toilets with high foot traffic, such as park restrooms and scenic spot restrooms, reducing maintenance costs and enhancing the user experience.

Phenolic resin high-pressure panels (artificial panels) are molded in one piece without the need for edge finishing, are moisture-proof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean, with thickness options of 12 mm or 18 mm. However, they need to be paired with high-quality hardware accessories to enhance their overall integrity and are suitable for places with high requirements for structural stability.

Metal carved panels achieve corrosion resistance through a multi-layer composite structure and are more suitable for high-salt-spray environments by the seashore compared to anti-corrosion wood panels, making them suitable for outdoor scenarios with strong corrosion such as coastal scenic spots or industrial areas.

The joint treatment process of integrated stone-plastic interior wall panels directly affects the cleaning difficulty and is a key consideration for places with high hygiene standards like hospitals. Their seamless design reduces bacterial growth and meets strict hygiene requirements.
