Mobile Toilet Painting

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet painting mainly involves two types: anti-urine paint and frame paint. Their technical standards and material selection must strictly adhere to norms to ensure functionality and durability.

Anti-Urine Paint: Technical Principles and Application Scenarios

Anti-urine paint is a special coating developed based on nanotechnology. Its core principle is to form an anti-urine rebound function through an air layer retained on the hydrophobic surface. When a liquid (such as urine) contacts the coating, it bounces off the surface in a spherical shape rather than penetrating or adhering. This characteristic enables it to effectively reflect urine onto the clothing of the person urinating, thereby discouraging public urination.
Application Scenarios: In 2015, the San Francisco Public Works Agency took the lead in conducting anti-urine paint trials on the walls of 10 public places. The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit Agency subsequently used this coating in 80 elevators, verifying its practicality in high-traffic areas. This coating is suitable for various material surfaces, including metal, concrete, and wood, but it should be noted that its anti-urine function depends on the integrity of the coating. If the surface is damaged, the effect may be compromised.

Frame Paint: Standards and Process Requirements

The steel frame painting of mobile toilets must meet anti-corrosion and durability requirements, with specific standards as follows:

  1. Materials and Pre-treatment: The frame is made of welded steel structures (such as square tubes, channel steels, and I-beams), with a steel wall thickness of ≥3mm and a base channel steel thickness of ≥5mm. After welding, polishing is required to remove burrs and oxide layers, ensuring coating adhesion.
  2. Painting Process: Three coats of anti-rust paint are required, with each coat needing to dry before the next (usually 2-4 hours) to ensure uniform paint film thickness (a total thickness of ≥80μm is recommended). After painting, the surface should be inspected to avoid defects such as missed coating, sagging, or bubbles.
  3. Material Selection: The frame material is mainly galvanized steel or stainless steel, and the surface can be paired with decorative materials such as aluminum-plastic panels and anti-corrosion wood to enhance aesthetics and improve protective performance (such as UV resistance and corrosion resistance).

Related Enterprises and Product Cases

Ningxia Zhongxin Dingsheng Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a representative enterprise in the field of mobile toilet painting. Its products include fluorocarbon-painted guard booths and mobile toilets, using galvanized steel frames and anti-rust paint processes, paired with aluminum-plastic panel decorations. They are widely used in residential areas, schools, hospitals, and other scenarios. The company has a registered capital of 2 million yuan and more than 10 employees, focusing on integrated design, production, and sales services, reflecting the technological specialization trend of small and medium-sized enterprises in niche fields.

Mobile toilet painting needs to balance functionality and safety. Anti-urine paint focuses on behavioral intervention, while frame paint emphasizes structural protection. Together, they form the technical guarantee for the long-term use of mobile toilets.
