Mobile Toilet Packing Bag Disposal

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

The disposal of mobile toilet packing bags mainly involves aspects such as the packing process, replacement frequency, bag characteristics, and subsequent treatment.

Packing Process: Packing-type toilets use mechanical sealing and biodegradable technology to collect excreta in specially made plastic bags. The specific operation varies depending on the toilet type: For automatic packing toilets, when the film belt is used up, the empty part needs to be removed, the new bag should be neatly arranged and put in, the end should be tied, it should be clamped onto the clip, pulled tight, the paper should be torn off, a knot should be tied and pushed down firmly, and finally the lid should be closed and the packing button pressed to complete the packing. For waterless packing toilets, the user steps on the transmission pedal beside the toilet fixture, and the fecal packing process is controlled through transmission gears, with the emissions being sealed in the plastic bag and falling into the collection box.

Replacement Frequency: The replacement frequency of packing bags depends on the number of users. Typically, replacement is required every 100 to 200 uses, but the specific data needs to be adjusted according to actual usage. There is also a view that one bag can be used for 80 to 120 times, and each toilet cubicle can use one packing bag for 50 - 70 uses. This indicates that in places with a high density of people, the replacement frequency of packing bags will be relatively high to ensure the normal use and hygiene of the toilets.

Bag Characteristics: Packing bags are made of easily degradable plastic bags. This material not only does not cause pollution to the environment but also saves water resources. The easily degradable characteristic enables the packing bags to decompose relatively quickly in the natural environment, reducing the long-term impact on the environment. At the same time, since packing-type toilets do not require a large amount of water for flushing, they also save precious water resources.

Subsequent Treatment: After the packing bags are full, they are collected and treated by specially assigned personnel. When the packing bags are used up, the system will automatically alarm to prompt for clearance and treatment. The collected packing bags will go through a professional treatment process to ensure that the excreta inside is properly treated and does not cause pollution to the environment.
