Mobile Toilet Odor Eliminator

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet odor eliminators mainly achieve deodorization through physical, chemical, biological, and integrated methods. Different types of products are suitable for different scenarios, and selection should consider cost, efficiency, and safety comprehensively.

Physical Deodorization Methods

Ventilation is a fundamental approach. By using exhaust fans or natural ventilation systems to exchange air at least 10 times per hour, it can quickly reduce odor concentration and is suitable for mobile toilets with open spaces and good ventilation conditions. Activated carbon adsorption utilizes the microporous structure of high-iodine-value (≥1000mg/g) activated carbon to efficiently adsorb odor molecules such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. It is recommended to place 1-2 kg of activated carbon per cubic meter of space and replace it monthly, making it suitable for small, enclosed mobile toilets.

Chemical Deodorization Methods

Oxidizing deodorizers, such as chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) solution with a concentration controlled between 0.1-0.3 ppm, can oxidize and decompose mercaptans and amines. They should be sprayed every 4 hours and are suitable for high-frequency usage scenarios. Masking deodorizers contain plant essential oils like limonene or citronellol, which mask odors with their fragrance for about 2-3 hours. They are suitable for temporary event venues, but it should be noted that some people may be sensitive to fragrances.

Biological Deodorization Methods

Composite microbial agents contain Bacillus subtilis (≥1×10⁸ CFU/g) and nitrifying bacteria, which can decompose urea in urine and proteins in feces. It is recommended to add 50 g of the agent per 10 liters of excreta, achieving a decomposition efficiency of over 90%, making it suitable for long-term use in mobile toilets. Biological enzyme deodorization systems continuously treat exhaust gases through immobilized enzyme reactors, achieving an ammonia removal rate of over 85% with an operating cost of about 0.5 yuan per cubic meter, suitable for large public facilities.

Integrated Deodorization Solutions

Three-stage treatment systems combine physical filtration (PP cotton + activated carbon), chemical oxidation (UV photocatalysis), and biological degradation, achieving a deodorization efficiency of ≥95%. However, they are costly and suitable for high-end mobile toilets. Smart control systems use ammonia sensors to trigger spray devices automatically when the concentration exceeds 20 ppm, enabling precise control and suitable for venues with high foot traffic.

Product Selection Recommendations

There are various brands and price points of products on the market, such as ecodor Yuan Yi Wan Qing Jia Yuan Da Li Ke (alcohol-based deodorizer, ¥7.50/≥50 kg) and Hangzhou Da Li Ke Chemical Co., Ltd.'s contact deodorizer (¥85.00/≥1 kg). Baojiajie deodorizer, as a product with a neutral pH, non-toxic properties, and antibacterial effects, is suitable for public toilets and other scenarios without generating secondary pollution, making it a relatively safe choice.
