Mobile Toilet Materials List
Mobile toilet materials are diverse and can be categorized into the following types based on different components:

I. Main Structural Materials The main structure requires high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties. Metal materials such as galvanized steel pipes, light steel structures, and magnesium-aluminum alloys are commonly used for frame construction due to their strong rust resistance and excellent load-bearing capacity. Composite panels like color-steel sandwich panels (color-coated steel or aluminum panels with polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam) offer the advantages of being lightweight and providing thermal insulation. Plastic materials are lightweight, durable, waterproof, and easy to clean, making them suitable for temporary or outdoor settings. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) exhibits excellent weather resistance, a smooth and stain-resistant surface, and good thermal insulation. Aluminum composite panels and metal carved panels are characterized by their aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for high-end applications.
II. Interior Decoration Materials Interior wall materials need to balance stain resistance and aesthetics. High-density PVC panels and stainless steel panels have smooth surfaces that are resistant to dirt buildup. Imitation marble crystal panels, carved panels, aluminum composite panels, PVC ceiling panels, and fiberboard can enhance the environmental ambiance. Flooring materials prioritize slip resistance. Anti-slip patterned aluminum panels and rubber flooring are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with high-end versions incorporating a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer. Some settings use anti-slip marble or special anti-slip materials to ensure safety.
III. Auxiliary Facility Materials Sanitary fixtures need to balance comfort and hygiene. Squat toilets and sit toilets are often made of special ceramics or plastics with smooth surfaces that are easy to clean. Washbasins are selected from artificial stone, stainless steel, and other water-resistant materials. Cosmetic mirrors, clothes hooks, toilet paper holders, and other accessories need to be durable and easy to maintain, typically made of metal or engineering plastics.
IV. System Support Materials The sewage treatment system relies on corrosion-resistant materials. Septic tanks and biodegradation units are made of high-strength plastics or fiberglass. Ventilation system components such as exhaust fans and vents are made of weather-resistant metals or plastics. Power supply system components like solar panels and batteries need to be efficient and environmentally friendly, with materials involving monocrystalline silicon and lithium batteries.
V. Other Common Materials Wooden materials such as preservative-treated wood offer a natural and warm ambiance and are commonly used in parks, resorts, and other scenic areas. They require preservative treatment to extend their service life.
