Mobile Toilet Materials and Accessories List

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The list of materials and accessories for mobile toilets mainly includes six categories: main materials, internal facilities, shower-related components, sewage disposal-related items, external additional features, and auxiliary materials. Details are as follows:

Main Materials: The outer panels are typically made of high-quality color-coated steel sheets with a 5-centimeter-thick foam layer in between, ensuring both structural stability and thermal insulation. The main frames are mostly made of stainless steel or anti-corrosion materials to enhance durability and resistance to corrosion. Additionally, mobile toilets often use fiberglass-reinforced plastic or color-coated steel materials, which are eco-friendly, durable, and easy to move, making them highly suitable for mobile toilet applications.

Internal Facilities: Basic configurations include exhaust fans, light bulbs, power switches, flush tanks, washbasins, and urinals to ensure the essential functions of the toilet are complete. The basic models are also equipped with squat toilets (with odor control devices), toilet paper holders, tissue boxes, and trash cans to meet daily usage needs. High-end configurations may include pedal-operated flush valves, water-saving devices (single flush ≤ 3L), LED lighting, and deodorizing fans to enhance the user experience. Additionally, non-slip floors, individual stalls, door locks, and ventilation systems are part of the basic hardware configurations, with some models also including sinks, mirrors, and hooks for added convenience. The floors are made of thickened non-slip galvanized materials, and the bottom supports are welded from galvanized square tubes to ensure stability and durability. The columns and trim are made of aluminum alloy, with the columns designed as 5-centimeter semi-circles for both aesthetics and practicality.

Shower-Related Components: Some mobile toilets are also equipped with cold and hot shower functions to meet the needs of more usage scenarios.

Sewage Disposal-Related Items: Two sewage disposal methods are provided: one is direct discharge, which requires connection to a sewage pipeline or septic tank; the other is collection of waste in a fecal tank for easy cleaning and transportation.

External Additional Features: Common additional configurations include wheels for easy movement, sewage outlets for connection to temporary sewers, signboards to distinguish between male and female toilets, and emergency handrails to prevent falls. For special scenarios, such as rainy or high-temperature weather, requirements for rain-proof canopies, thermal insulation layers, and wind-resistant designs can also be made to cope with different environmental conditions.

Auxiliary Materials: Agricultural greenhouse film materials, with their corrosion resistance and flexibility, are suitable for temporary covering or protection of public toilets. However, these materials are more suitable for short-term use and require regular replacement when exposed to the outdoor environment for extended periods.
