Mobile Toilet Material List
Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026
The material list for mobile toilets is mainly divided into two categories: commonly used main materials and other commonly used materials, as detailed below:

Commonly Used Main Materials
- Stainless Steel: High strength and strong corrosion resistance, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean. It has a service life of up to 15-20 years and is particularly suitable for humid or corrosive environments such as seaside and chemical zones.
- Galvanized Steel Sheet: It isolates air and moisture through a galvanized layer, with a lower cost than stainless steel. It has good processability and can be made into complex shapes, suitable for standardized mobile toilets produced in batches.
- PP Plastic: Lightweight, with a density only 1/5 of that of metal, resulting in low transportation and installation costs. It has strong impact resistance and excellent waterproof performance, suitable for temporary outdoor setups.
- Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP): Made of glass fiber and synthetic resin, it has high strength and is lightweight. It has excellent insulation and chemical resistance, can be molded into one piece without seam leakage issues, and has strong appearance plasticity, meeting the aesthetic requirements of scenic spots.
- Color-Steel Sandwich Panel: Composed of an outer color-steel sheet and an inner thermal insulation material, it has outstanding thermal insulation performance, fast construction speed, and moderate cost, suitable for mobile toilets in cold northern regions or those requiring constant temperature.
- Color-Steel Sheet: Composed of a colored coated steel sheet and core materials such as foam or rock wool, it is lightweight, easy to install, and relatively inexpensive, suitable for temporary venues such as events and construction sites.
- Wooden Material: Usually treated with anti-corrosion, it has a natural and warm appearance, blending well with the natural environment, suitable for parks, resorts, and beautiful villages.
Other Commonly Used Materials
- Metal Frame: As a basic structural material, it is sturdy and durable, effectively resisting external environmental erosion and ensuring the stability and safety of the toilet. Stainless steel and galvanized steel sheets are commonly used.
- PVC Plastic Sheet: It has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, effectively preventing moisture penetration and keeping the interior of the toilet dry. It comes in a variety of colors and is easy to clean, customizable according to needs.
- Aluminum Ceiling Panel: It is moisture-proof, impact-resistant, and stain-resistant, can be seamlessly spliced, has strong oxidation resistance, and a long service life, suitable for the walls or ceilings of outdoor restrooms.
- HPL High-Pressure Laminate: It is waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean. It has a variety of design styles and is suitable for partitions in public toilets with high foot traffic, such as park restrooms and scenic spot restrooms.
- Phenolic Resin High-Pressure Board (Artificial Board): It can be molded into one piece without edge finishing, is moisture-proof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. It is available in thicknesses of 12mm or 18mm and requires high-quality hardware fittings to enhance its overall integrity.
