Mobile Toilet Material List

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The material list for mobile toilets mainly includes main structural materials, commonly used materials, special materials for toilets with shower functions, and other auxiliary materials, as detailed below:

Main structural materials: The support frame serves as the 'skeleton' of the mobile toilet, typically made of galvanized steel pipes or lightweight steel structures. These materials are rust-resistant and have good load-bearing capacity, ensuring the stability of the toilet's overall structure. The walls are mainly made of sandwich panels, with color-coated steel or aluminum sheets on both sides and polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam in the middle. This structure not only guarantees the strength of the walls but also provides certain thermal insulation properties.

Commonly used material categories: Different materials are selected for mobile toilets in various scenarios. Color-coated steel sheets are composite materials made of color-coated steel and foam, rock wool, or other core materials. They are lightweight, easy to install, and relatively inexpensive, suitable for temporary venues such as events and construction sites. Stainless steel has high strength, corrosion resistance, and good durability, with a modern and simple appearance, suitable for parks, squares, scenic spots, and other places with high hygiene and aesthetic requirements. FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) is made of glass fibers and synthetic resins, lightweight yet strong, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant, capable of being molded into various shapes, suitable for outdoor venues with complex environments such as tourist attractions and beaches. Wooden materials, usually treated with anti-corrosion treatment, are natural and warm, blending well with the natural environment, suitable for parks, resorts, and beautiful villages.

Materials for mobile toilets with shower functions: The outer panels are made of high-quality color-coated steel sheets with 5-centimeter-thick foam in the middle to enhance thermal insulation. The columns and trim are made of aluminum alloy, with the columns designed as 5-centimeter semicircles for both aesthetics and durability. The floor is made of thickened anti-slip galvanized material, and the bottom support is welded from galvanized square tubes to ensure safety during use.

Other materials: High-density PVC sheets or stainless steel sheets are commonly used for interior walls, with smooth surfaces that are resistant to dirt and easy to clean. The floor is often made of anti-slip patterned aluminum sheets or rubber flooring, which are both anti-slip and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. Some high-end versions also add a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer to the chassis. Water tanks and sewage pipes are mostly made of PE (polyethylene) material, which is tough and resistant to low temperatures. Some smart eco-toilets use photocatalyst coatings on their inner walls to decompose odor molecules. Hardware such as door panels, door locks, and handrails are mostly made of engineering plastics or stainless steel to ensure durability and safety.
