Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Standards

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet manufacturing standards cover various aspects including structural design, functional configuration, hygiene requirements, safety performance, and environmental protection indicators. Details are as follows:

Structural Design: It must comply with the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ 14-2016), ensuring structural stability, durability, and harmonious appearance with the scenic environment.

Functional Configuration: It must be equipped with a flushing system, sink, ventilation equipment, and lighting fixtures. Advanced configurations may include automatic induction doors, deodorization devices, and water-saving devices.

Hygiene Requirements: Internal cleanliness must meet the 'Public Place Hygiene Standard' (GB 37488-2019), with regular disinfection and the provision of garbage collection and sorting facilities.

Safety Performance: Materials must be fire-resistant, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant, with non-slip floors and emergency alarm systems installed.

Environmental Protection Indicators: The use of energy-saving technologies such as solar power and rainwater harvesting is encouraged, in compliance with the 'Green Building Evaluation Standard' (GB/T 50378-2019).

Structural Material Standards: Main structural materials such as steel and wood must meet the specified specifications and quality standards of the design. Wall materials such as color-coated steel sheets and fiberglass reinforced plastics must have uniform color, no scratches or deformations. Floor materials such as non-slip tiles and anti-corrosion wooden floors must be hard, wear-resistant, and have good non-slip properties.

Sanitary Ware Standards: Toilets, sinks, faucets, etc., must be of reliable quality and water-saving type, with product certification and quality inspection reports. The sewage outlet of the toilet must be equipped with a flip-type odor blocking device.

Electrical Safety Standards: Electrical wiring must be neat and standardized, with wires protected by conduits. The installation of lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets must meet design requirements. After installation, insulation resistance testing and power-on testing must be conducted.

Environmental Adaptability Standards: Mobile toilets must be able to adapt to a certain range of environmental temperatures and possess certain wind, earthquake, and lightning resistance capabilities.

Sewage Disposal Standards: Sewage disposal methods must comply with environmental protection requirements, with sewage disposal devices well-sealed and waste tanks equipped with automatic full-level alarms.

Design Specification Standards: The internal space design must be reasonable, considering barrier-free design, and signs and labels must comply with relevant standards.

In addition, mobile toilets must also comply with the 'Classification and Evaluation of Tourism Toilet Quality Grades' (GB/T 18973-2016), which are divided into Grade A, Grade AA, and Grade AAA, with different requirements for facilities and services at each level.
