Mobile Toilet Manufacturing Materials

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The manufacturing materials for mobile toilets mainly consist of two parts: basic functional component materials and specific construction materials.

Basic Functional Component Materials

  • Fecal and sewage storage tanks or disposal units: These are one of the core components of mobile toilets, used for collecting and storing fecal and sewage. In some mobile toilets with treatment capabilities, fecal and sewage disposal units are also equipped to perform preliminary treatment of the sewage, reducing odors and pollution.
  • Sanitary fixtures: These include toilets, which are the main facilities for daily excretion. Depending on different design requirements, there are various types such as sit-down and squat-down models.
  • Washing equipment: Such as faucets and stainless steel basins. Faucets are used to control water flow, facilitating cleaning activities like hand and face washing. Stainless steel basins provide space for washing and are sturdy, durable, and easy to clean.
  • Water tanks: Used for storing clean water, providing a water source for sanitary fixtures and washing equipment, ensuring that mobile toilets can operate normally for a period of time even without an external water supply.

Specific Construction Materials

  • Wall materials: Wooden boards can be used. Wooden boards have a certain degree of strength and stability, enabling the construction of the basic framework and wall structure of the toilet. They can also be decorated to enhance aesthetics.
  • Roof materials: Need to have good waterproof and sun-blocking properties to protect the interior of the toilet from rain and direct sunlight.
  • Materials related to the mobile device: Pallets and universal wheels are key materials for enabling the mobility of mobile toilets. Pallets are used to bear the weight of the entire toilet, while universal wheels are installed beneath the pallets, allowing the toilet to be easily moved and positioned.
  • Other auxiliary materials: Self-tapping screws are used to fix various components, ensuring the stability of the structure. Water pipes are used to connect water tanks, faucets, and other equipment, enabling water flow. Glue can be used to seal and bond some components to prevent water leakage. Pipe caps are used to seal the ends of water pipes. Hinges (previously referred to as 'lotus leaves') are used to connect doors and walls, allowing doors to open and close normally. Door handles facilitate door opening and closing. Shower hoses and shower brackets are used to install showers, providing shower functions (available in some mobile toilets). Toilet seats increase comfort when using the toilet.
