Mobile Toilet Manufacturer Parameters
The parameters of mobile toilet manufacturers cover various aspects such as structural dimensions, materials, environmental adaptability, capacity parameters, service life, power supply, total weight, and other configurations.

Structural Dimensions: The common overall dimensions are 1060mm in width, 1320mm in length, and 2500mm in height. The internal dimensions of the toilet cubicle are at least 1200mm in length, 1600mm in width, and 1900mm in height, with cases of 1.21.62.9 meters also available. Different specifications can meet the spatial requirements of various scenarios, such as scenic spots and construction sites. Reasonable design ensures user comfort.
Materials: The interior walls mostly use green and environmentally friendly panels, such as indoor ivory-white aluminum-plastic panels or high-quality imitation marble integrated decorative panels (with a thickness of 10mm). The exterior walls are made of high-quality metal carved panels. The floor is made of marble. The doors and windows are framed with stainless steel or have stainless steel doors. The roof has a pointed design, consisting of top-layer Owens Corning shingles, middle-layer BSB waterproofing, and bottom-layer multi-layer boards. High-quality materials ensure the durability and aesthetics of mobile toilets.
Environmental Adaptability: The applicable temperature range is usually from +45℃ to -25℃, with cases of -40 - 40℃ or -20 - 40℃ also existing. In extremely cold regions, double-glazed windows are used, self-limiting heating tapes are installed on the outer walls of pipelines, and heaters are installed in storage tanks and fecal tanks to cope with low-temperature environments and ensure normal operation.
Capacity Parameters: The common capacity of fecal tanks is 380L, with a cleaning cycle of about 600 person-times. The daily traffic flow per single toilet cubicle is not less than 300 person-times. These parameters reflect the usage efficiency and maintenance cycle of mobile toilets. Reasonable capacity design can reduce the frequency of cleaning and lower operating costs.
Service Life: The designed service life should be no less than 10 years, reflecting the product's quality and reliability and providing long-term and stable services for users.
Power Supply: It is usually AC 220V/50 Hz, meeting the power requirements of various electrical equipment in mobile toilets.
Total Weight: A single-cubicle mobile toilet weighs about 130kg, facilitating transportation and installation.
Other Configurations: The toilet fixtures are unisex, with various types such as 201 stainless steel squat toilets or waterless flushing squat-type packaged environmental protection toilet fixtures. Some products are equipped with intelligent systems, such as face recognition for paper dispensing and automatic induction flushing. There are also facilities like direct water flushing and pipeline electric heating insulation, enhancing convenience and comfort in use.
