Mobile Toilet Management System
The mobile toilet management system mainly includes two aspects: general management regulations and specific scenario management regulations.

General Management Regulations:
Cleanliness and Hygiene: This is the fundamental requirement for mobile toilet management. The toilets need to be flushed daily to ensure a clean internal environment. Specifically, feces should go into the pit, urine into the pool, and waste paper into designated trash bins. They should be flushed and cleaned at least twice a day to ensure no accumulation of feces or urine, unobstructed drainage channels, and no overflow of feces, thereby providing a clean and comfortable restroom environment.
Fly and Pest Control: To prevent the breeding of flies, mosquitoes, and other pests, the toilets need to be regularly sprayed with fly and pest control agents. This not only improves the hygiene level of the toilets but also reduces the risk of disease transmission, safeguarding the health of users.
Dedicated Personnel and Inspections: Mobile toilets should implement a dedicated personnel responsibility system, with designated individuals responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance. At the same time, the project department's civilized construction site leadership team or relevant management department should conduct regular inspections to ensure that the toilet's hygiene conditions and management regulations are effectively implemented. Additionally, toilet hygiene can also be managed on a rotating basis with regular inspections to enhance employees' sense of responsibility and participation.
Specific Scenario Management Regulations:
Management During Construction: During construction, urinating or defecating randomly inside the construction site buildings is strictly prohibited to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the site and prevent safety hazards and hygiene issues caused by随地大小便. Those who violate the regulations should be severely punished as a deterrent to others.
Rural Mobile Public Toilet Management: For rural mobile public toilets, the management objective is to ensure that the toilet facilities are intact, hygiene standards are met, and usage is convenient, providing a good restroom environment for villagers and outsiders. Management principles include being people-oriented, standardized management, maintaining public hygiene, and safety first. Relevant departments of the township government are responsible for coordinating the construction and layout planning of rural mobile public toilets, formulating management policies, regulations, and standards, and supervising their implementation. At the same time, they should provide guidance, inspections, and assessments for the management of rural mobile public toilets to ensure the effective implementation of various management regulations.
