Mobile Toilet Layout Specifications
The layout specifications for mobile toilets require comprehensive consideration from multiple aspects, including quantity, location selection, facilities, installation, hygiene, safety, and compliance. The specific requirements are as follows:

Quantity and Spacing
The number of mobile toilets should be dynamically adjusted based on the number of users. Generally, one mobile toilet should be provided for every 50-80 people. For example, in Fuzhou, one toilet is configured for every 50 people, so at least 10 toilets are needed for an event with 500 people. The recommended ratio of male to female toilet stalls is 1:2-1:3 to alleviate queuing pressure during peak hours. Toilets should be placed at appropriate distances from main passageways, entrances/exits, and crowded areas, ensuring that the distance from any area to the nearest toilet does not exceed 100 meters to avoid affecting traffic efficiency.
Location Selection and Environment
Priority should be given to areas with higher elevation, smooth drainage, and firm, flat ground. Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation and pollution sources (such as garbage dumps and sewage pipes). The ground should be hardened and covered with anti-slip materials, with simple drainage ditches set up around the area. Toilets should maintain a safe distance of at least 30 meters from living areas such as canteens and dormitories, away from construction dust and noise sources; and at least 1.5 meters from the exterior walls of buildings. Due to the special climate in Xinjiang, toilets should be placed more than 10 meters away from construction areas to reduce dust and noise interference.
Facility Configuration
Mobile toilets must be equipped with water-flush or environmentally friendly flushing systems, and include basic facilities such as sinks, hooks, lighting, ventilation systems, and toilet paper holders. In winter, anti-freezing measures should be strengthened, such as adding insulation layers to water tanks in Xinjiang. Clear signage should be set up externally, and lighting equipment should be provided at night to ensure convenience of use.
Stable Installation
The toilet structure should be stable, with firm column foundations. Upon arrival, use ground anchors, counterweights, and other fixing devices to prevent displacement. Electrical circuits should be set up in accordance with electrical safety regulations, avoiding exposed wiring, and equipped with emergency lighting to ensure safe use in emergencies.
Hygiene and Maintenance
The lessee should clean the toilets at least once a day, with a requirement of twice a day in Xinjiang, focusing on wiping high-contact areas such as door handles and partitions. Regularly disinfect and maintain the facilities to keep them odor-free, and place deodorizers in summer. Equip with a simple toolkit (such as plungers, disinfectants), and regularly inspect water and electricity facilities to prevent leaks and electrical hazards.
Safety and Emergency Response
Reserve emergency passageways and prohibit the stacking of debris to ensure rapid evacuation of personnel in emergencies. Develop emergency plans, regularly inspect equipment operation, and promptly address blockages and damages.
Compliance and Reporting
Before use, report to local housing construction and municipal departments, specifying the time, location, and quantity of use. Some areas may require submission of floor plans and layout plans. When occupying public areas, obtain permission from relevant departments. When leasing, choose service providers with formal qualifications and confirm their equipment operation qualifications and safety measures.
